"We enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious and comfortable. Enough storage space, small fridge and safe. Bathroom was a good size and rain shower head. We had a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Pool and gardens were beautiful and well maintained, plenty of common areas to sit and they were always clean. Plenty of free parking in the streetcoutside the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from. Walking distance to port, town and beach (although a steep climb back up again). Staff were super helpful and friend. Definitely recommend!"

"I stayed 3 nights at this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel room & facilities are well maintained & very clean. I stayed at a higher level bedroom with Seaview balcony and windows. The bedroom is very new with wood flooring & new bathroom. Hotel offers a good breakfast and dinner. I only had breakfast during my 3 days visit, and quality is good. I met hotel female owner. She is very kind and friendly. Hotel employees are professional and helpful. I recommend this hotel to other guests if you are planning to visit Cala Gonone. 我住了三個晚上。很喜歡這家酒店。非常乾淨。我住的是高樓層海景房#366，房間大，新，一大床＆1小床。飯店早餐簡單但是品質不錯。飯店女主人非常親切，員工服務專業。我強烈推薦訂‘有海景的房型’，因為‘新‘’ 又 ‘’大‘’"

"Snyggt, rent hotell.Bra välkomnande personal.Damen på frontdesk var mycket hjälpsam.Frukosten var mycket komplett och du kunde välja att äta inuti eller utanför.Vårt rum hade en trevlig utsikt över Cala Gonone nedan. Det är inte en underbar plats, men det är väl upprätthållet, fint och rent."

"A really wonderful place. It is very scenic and we loved staying there. The spots are also very personalised and spacious. Animals make it so much nicer too and they offer a lot of extra things. It's hard to be bored! 😊 The only suggestion is perhaps to tell the visitors the time of quiet time on the campsite. On one of the nights after the traditional dinner some people were very loud until very late at night."

"Mixed feeling. Super location, cleaned hotel, good breakfast. The beds are not so comfortable and they were cleaning before 9am with hoover. We arrived after the opening hours and it was communicated earlier that we will have a self check in. They forgot to keep our room key. So at 1am we didnt know what to do. Luckily the hotel's restaurant staff was calling someone and after 1 hour they get someone to let us in. Honestly we weren't really upset of that since it can happen things to be forgotten. They apologized the next days. After check out they asked us if they can offer something to us. I felt it was late, since we also had a dinner in their restaurant. For example we had breakfast in the check out day and the coffee machine was out of service. So we asked the waiter to bring us a cappuccino twice. Never arrived so we went up to the room to prepare for check out. While we checked out the same person asked us if they can offer us something maybe a coffee. Well we just didn't recieve our cappuccino 30 min before. So it was an awkward question. If they would offer us 2 glasses of wine in our dinner would makes more sense. Overall we had nice time."

Costa Dorada
"The lady who greeted us (I guessed she was the owner) was extremely unfriendly. Because I forgot to select "having a child" when booking the hotel, she looked unhappy and said there were three of us. I explained that I hadn't noticed this requirement when booking, and that we could share a bed with the child and pay extra. I had already offered to pay for the child, but she still looked reluctant, muttering, "Of course you can share one bed with your kid..." I asked her how we could check in, and she charged me 135 euros. She kept looking unhappy and muttering throughout the entire visit, but when a foreigner next to her asked her a question, she turned around and greeted them with a smile. I suspect she has a prejudice against Chinese people. 3000 RMB per night, zero service, and a consistently unfriendly attitude. When checking out, I asked her where to catch the bus back to the airport (there's only one bus from town back to Olbja, running four times a day). She actually said she didn't know, which was unbelievable! How could a hotel owner not know such important travel information? Fine, if she didn't know, she didn't know, but she kept muttering that there were only two stops… After checking out, we strolled along the beach for a while and sat on some lounge chairs and parasols with the hotel's name on them. She then told us that we needed to make a reservation to sit there, specifically emphasizing that we could continue sitting there now but we would need to pay. I told her I was leaving Calagone soon, and she still had a long face, standing there staring at us with a discriminatory expression. So I don't know if the parasols are charged for all hotel guests or what. In short, a very unpleasant experience. I suggest Ctrip remove this hotel from its Chinese website."

Andra året i denna underbara vild och lilla gårdshus med pool i år tyvärr inte aktivera restaurangen men vi har varit lika bra min största tack går till damen av rening gullig och försiktig som alltid till Super söt och vänliga pojkar och flickor från baren och all personal. S ozzastru är en mycket lugn plats långt från kaos några få människor få tjänster men utmärkt för en säker vila och lugn. Tack för allt vi kommer säkert tillbaka"

"Vi tillbringade nyligen tio dagar i Brancamaria och det var perfekt från början till slut.Gillade hotellet och även om rummen bara har Juliet balkonger (som vi visste när vi bokade), var de inte en fråga alls.Vårt rum var rymligt och rent. Maten var smakfull och uppmuntrade oss att försöka nya saker.Det finns ingen kvällsbuffet, du väljer din kvällsmåltid på morgonen.Jag måste säga, vi föredrog det på det här sättet.Vi åt bra och övergick inte. Detta för mig till personalen .......de var absolut fantastiska.Vänligt och alltid där för att hjälpa.Jag tror att det finns några platser som kan lära sig något eller två från personalen på hotellet Brancamia. Jag måste säga att det är den bästa service vi har upplevt i alla våra resor i Storbritannien och utomlands.Tack så mycket för att ni hjälpte oss att stanna på Sardinien, en att minnas och för att leta efter oss så bra 10/10 "

"We booked this accommodation for 2 nights and stayed for 4 weeks we loved it so much. A beautifully restored home in the centre of Dorgali close to all amenities. It has a palatial feel but with all mod cons. We particularly loved watching the swallows from the lovely roof terrace in the evening - magical ! Best breakfast we had in Sardinia and Franca was a delight couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely return."
