"When we arrived, the front desk said that there was no double Queen room we had set, and we changed to a three-bed room, thank you very much. The facilities in the room can be, problem 1, there is a toilet leak, please repair the toilet in room 300. Problem 2, the tap water has a clear rotten smell, we brush our teeth with pure water, this problem is estimated to be impossible to solve for a while. There are still a lot of breakfast items. Give 4⭐️."

"I made reservations through trip.com and found a great deal for my stay! As I'm making my reservation through the app I had all my correct information filled out and read the guidelines and policies before submitting my payment method. Clearly ŕeading all the details before payment was made! I get my confirmation email with my reservation information to see my booking date was changed, and the hotel stated a $2 fee arriving to the hotel. I am then told by the man in the office after i arrived that there is a $100 deposit fee. When clearly reading all the guidelines and policies before I ever confirmed my payment. They told me there is absolutely no refunds no exceptions! So due to trip.com and oyo hotel I was unable to get the correct dates fixed for my booking and they kept my entire payment.. all they are out there to do is take your hard earned money!!"

"I’ve had a great experience staying here. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, which is a huge convenience. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute drive to the office. I also book multiple rooms for my employees, and they all enjoy staying here as well. The front desk staff, especially the lady who usually assists us, is always nice and extremely helpful whenever we need anything. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and personal stays"
