"Very central location, has all you need. I read some of the reviews from previous guests & was very apprehensive, but was pleasantly surprised. The room has great aircon, a nice shower, good quality Dead Sea soaps/shampoos in pump pack bottles. The in room fridge works, they left 2 small bottles of water in the room which was appreciated. Eli on the reception desk is super friendly. They clean the rooms each day. There's free coffee/tea at reception area with indoor & outdoor seating/tables. A vending machine selling drinks at a very reasonable 6 shekels each. Some great eateries really close & awesome shopping very close - the hotel is just across the road from the central bus station To see people describe this as a hostel is so weird, because it really isn't even close to that."

"Hello, my daughter and I stayed at the Sahara Hotel in Eilat in June. The hotel's location isn't very convenient; it's a long walk to the sea. Fortunately, there's transportation nearby, within walking distance. We liked the cleanliness and the large bed. There were no windows in the room, nor a microwave. However, there were tea, coffee, and hot water, and towels were changed. The receptionists were aloof and unhelpful. Next time, I'll choose a hotel with more amenities and closer to the sea."

"We arrived on Saturday at the Herods Boutique Hotel in Eilat, planning to spend the Shavuot holiday there and celebrate a family birthday. We hoped to begin the holiday in a calm, pleasant atmosphere – but instead, we were met with a frustrating, disappointing, and ultimately unnecessary experience. We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, knowing that check-in would be completed by 6:00 PM. In reality, we stood, waited, asked questions, and only received our room at 9:00 PM. The explanation we were given? The previous guests simply didn’t vacate the room – as if that’s our problem, and not the hotel’s responsibility. And what did we do during those five hours? We wandered the streets with a baby just a few months old who couldn’t fall asleep – tired, restless, and above all, sleep-deprived. Our daughter had to sleep with her grandparents, and they – elderly people who came to enjoy themselves – found themselves spending the night in a tense, cramped, and unpleasant situation. As for us, we just felt lost. And when we finally got the room? We discovered it was unclean – leftovers of rice, sunflower seed shells, cigarette butts on the balcony. Instead of a moment of relief – it was just another slap in the face. The staff was polite, but in practice, we received no real help, no solution, and no compensation. It felt like we were just left to deal with it on our own – on a night that was supposed to be the festive start to a special vacation. We arrived in good spirits, ready to celebrate – and left deeply disappointed. This is not how one expects to begin a vacation at a hotel that’s considered luxurious. What a shame. Truly a shame."

We originally came to Eilat for location scouting for an upcoming television production, and the hotel turned out to be the perfect base for our work. Thanks to the warm hospitality, we happily extended our visit from one night to two nights and three days. Room 9514 will always be a memorable part of this experience. As a survivor of five strokes, accessibility, comfort, and convenience are essential for me. I'm happy to say this hotel delivered on all three. Everything felt easy, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. One feature we especially appreciated was the convenience store inside the hotel, open into the evening. Having easy access to snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials without needing to drive around Eilat made a real difference. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city's attractions. It's a great choice for families, and I would also recommend it to film and television crews using Eilat as a shooting location (having a car is definitely helpful). "We were only in the lobby of this boutique hotel, which looked beautiful and special, and at the reception we received keys to the two-bedroom apartment we had booked, located about 150 meters from the hotel in Simtat (Alley) Yam Suf in Eilat. This hotel has several apartments in that building that they market under the name "Melony Apartments" in a renovated building with registered parking for each apartment and the possibility of entering an underground parking garage. We were on the top floor with an amazing view of both the mountains and the sea from our balcony. Everything to feel at home, included a Tami4 water filter, Nespresso (with a stock of capsules), a washing machine (with washing powder), shampoo, and more. A TV in each room with access to the Cellcom channel package. In our opinion it's an excellent value for those looking for an apartment (without room service) in Eilat. It is important to note that the hotel reception was very polite and asked to contact them with any questions or problems if needed 24/7. They also have WhatsApp. The door to one of the rooms that was defined as a protected room ("mamad" - acronyms in Hebrew) that, according to Israeli law, must be in every apartment built after the 1990s in Israel, would not close, probably to avoid dealing with a possible malfunction, we don't really know, but it is definitely not something good or normal. Another important detail is that the area is a residential neighborhood with mix of old, new or renovated buildings. It is not located far from a tourist area, but without a car or a taxi that will take you to a tourist area of ​​Eilat in about 5 minutes, we think you should lower your expectations of the area. We would not define it as dangerous or something like that, but it certainly includes also a very simple local population. Anyway, a fully equipped kitchen with the ability to prepare food for children was very important to us and there are several supermarkets not far away, so we left satisfied."

Poolområdet är mycket väl stiliserat men poolen är lite liten tror jag ...Hotellet är ren och trevligt stiliserat, det blev ödmjukt renoverat.Frukost är bra och det finns många val vi njöt av.
