"This is not a luxury hotel.....you are not paying for a luxury hotel! you are paying for a typical ski hotel. The rooms are super clean the food is very school dinners (but hearty and tasty this is not a complaint) yes it smelt a bit foisty as you came into reception but this in no way impacted our experience. The staff were all friendly and the location was good the free bus to take you to the Funicamp stops a little way up or down the street for the money we paid I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again."

Tortilla potatis torr, kall som avfrossad. Håll i rätt personal och fälten Stora parkering även om 15€ per dag hittar vi något dyrt. Det finns andra hotell runt som lätt överstiger detta."

"We were blown away by this hotel during a family trip to Spain/Andorra! If you love boutique, really high-end hotels, you'll love Grau Roig! If you love Michellin star-level dining, you'll love Grau Roig! If you love being pampered by elite leves of service/hospitality, you'll love Grau Roig! The hotel made our brief ski trip over new year's a trip to remember. It's truly ski-on / ski-off. The hotel will procure your ski passes for you, even have a gear rental store in the basement level of the hotel, next to the lockers. Our room rate came with board, which included a terrific breakfast buffet and a la carte menu as well as a gourmet multi-course dinner each night. One night, the kids wanted room service, which literally arrived 10 minutes after it was ordered. My wife and I enjoyed the Theater of Wine, which was a lavish dining experience with wine pairing. The service, plates, stemware, etcetera were on par with any dining experience I've had, anywhere. The service level was outstanding throughout our entire trip, and we loved the quiet alcove with connected rooms that the hotel provided for our family of 4. I will be looking for an opportunity to return, as ssoon as possible! Thank you Grau Roig!"

"I don't have good memories of our romantic getaway. Very poorly soundproofed hotel when we came to relax without children and discomfort due to the very high temperature of the room, unable to lower the temperature. The hotel spa was nice but extremely disappointed by the massage. We reported everything to reception but no worries. We will not return to this hotel too bad because we love Andorra and its magnificent hotels"
