"Beautiful hotel - and the staff are absolutely fabulous. Probably the best staff of any place I have stayed in. I stayed in a superior double room - magnificent views from the balcony, and made use of the hotels spa area. Lots of walks to do. I didn’t eat an evening meal but I did have the breakfast (very civilised times - breakfast ran up until 11am) and the choice was extensive (and beautifully done)."

"Excellent location, right in the town center and next to the free bus stop that takes you to the funicular in 3 minutes. Impeccable service from all the staff, both at reception and in the dining room. A generous and varied buffet breakfast. Fabulous value for money. I recommend the superior double room; it was completely renovated and located on the fourth floor, away from the school groups. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended."

"Apartamentos Estudios Cim Pas 3000 is a tourist apartment and they are located in different places in El Pas de la Casa town, in Andorra. The rate quality/price was good. The appartment is located in the center of El Pas de la Casa, just in front of Pyrénées mall. The kitchen was very useful. The reception staff was very friendly and we could change our booking and stay one night more due to snow storm. It was possible to book a parking, a very important thing in Andorra. On the other hand, it is a bit small for 3 persons. (two adults and a child). Without lift. The room a bit old and poorly maintained appartment. Reception hours could be longer."

"We stayed here two nights and did a walk from Pas del la casa back to the hotel. The hotel was excellent, the rooms are really comfortable and cosy. The staff are brilliant and the food was really good as well. We used the spa which was lovely to relax in after a long walk. This was our favourite hotel in Andorra and we really enjoyed staying here."

"This is not a luxury hotel.....you are not paying for a luxury hotel! you are paying for a typical ski hotel. The rooms are super clean the food is very school dinners (but hearty and tasty this is not a complaint) yes it smelt a bit foisty as you came into reception but this in no way impacted our experience. The staff were all friendly and the location was good the free bus to take you to the Funicamp stops a little way up or down the street for the money we paid I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Hotellet ligger i Encamp med vacker utsikt över Andorras berg. Huset är något äldre, vilket man särskilt ser i rummet. Rumstorleken var dock super och sängen var också mycket bekväm. Badrummet i den gamla stilen på 80-talet var också okej och framför allt ren. Gratis parkering finns i Andorra sällan och i detta hörn är det inte alls, varför den rymliga garaget rekommenderas. Frukost var också helt i ordning med en tillräcklig mängd bröd, sallad, ost, marmelade samt färsk frukt och äggmattor. Totalt en super pris-prestation."

Very poorly soundproofed hotel when we came to relax without children and discomfort due to the very high temperature of the room, unable to lower the temperature. The hotel spa was nice but extremely disappointed by the massage. We reported everything to reception but no worries. We will not return to this hotel too bad because we love Andorra and its magnificent hotels"

"Ett mycket bra hotell, framför kan man ta funicular för att gå upp till skidbanor. Där borta finns en parkering för 1 euro per dag. På en mycket rekommenderad restaurang.
