We had to drag our luggage back and forth. The last terrible thing was that when I got home, I unexpectedly found that the hotel had "secretly" deducted $135.44 from my pre-authorization. Now please contact Ctrip to coordinate, they said it was a "deposit", but we all know that deposits are pre-authorizations and will not appear on the bank statement. Fortunately, they said they would return it in the end. God, it's also a good thing that I am careful and look at the bank statement, otherwise it really passed by quietly. Speaking of this kind of thing happened in the United States, doesn't the hotel have other responsibilities? No compensation is required? The money has not been refunded yet, and they said it will take 10 working days..."
