"Stayed for one night for transit Hotel has all basic amenities and very courteous front desk staff. Very basic breakfast like waffle and toast but I was expected this, so no disappointment. Overall, a nice clean place to stay for transit or a few nights. "

"這家酒店管理真是有大問題。 我們入住了三天，第一天入住時把房型搞錯了。我們定的雙床給了大床。搞得拖着行李來來去去折騰。到了週末生意也確實好，結果第二天housekeeping沒跟上，我們四點回到酒店都還沒整理房間。最後要命的是，等回到家意外發現酒店“偷偷摸摸”從我的預授權里扣除了135.44美金。 現在請攜程溝通協調，他們辯解是“按金”，但我們都知道按金都是預授權，不會出現在銀行的對賬單上。好在他們説最後會退回的。老天，也還好我算細心，看一下銀行賬單，不然真就是悄悄過去了。 話説這種事情發生在美國，酒店沒有其他責任嗎？不需要賠償？ 現在錢還沒退，説還要10個工作日以後……"

"因為我分開兩次下的booking，第一天前台就告訴我需要再check in，但可以不用換房間。其實系統原始也可以理解，但第二天我早上就去再check in，說可以了，結果晚上還是用不了房卡，又再一次做check in的整套動作。除卻系統的問題，前台是很友善的。"

"The good thing is they have an oven in the room and the place is really clean, but the rooms are noticeably old.
