"Fantastic view of the Exeter countryside from the halls of residence! Room Clean and tidy, buffet breakfast very good! Within walking distance of Exeter town centre, very convenient. Reception very helpful and an accommodating of extra things like hairdryer and fan, would defiantly recommend! Great Value!"

Rummet hade en kopp te och kaffe och en hårtork.Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam.Rummet var mycket rent.Om du väljer att äta frukost, försök Cosy Club bredvid dörren för en känslig atmosfär och läckra mat!"

"We stayed for just one night. A much better experience than we had expected, given some of the recent reviews. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and had a lovely,spacious walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Our only negative was that the car park was absolutely full when we arrived at 3:30pm … and the staff checking us in couldn’t have cared less!"

"A last minute booking as we were passing through Exeter visiting family. The room was decent with a comfy bed. There was a little noise from the courtyard outside playing music at night which stopped about 10pm. No issue. Great central location and a relaxed night. No complimentary toiletries 🧴not even a toothbrush 🪥- which is just a pain to have to go and buy them. I asked at reception and he just shook his head. 🤷♂️99% of hotels we stay at have them - seems a little tight 🤣 - anyway no issues with the room or location so we’d stay here again if needed. 👍"
