"This is an historic building close to the centre, and the bedrooms are large and comfortable. The disappointment was the breakfast which had a poor selection, and the hot water (for tea) was lukewarm warm , the freshly made cappuccino was not drinkable and the scrambled egg was inedible. The lady serving at breakfast appeared uninterested and the service was almost non existent. I would avoid returning on the basis that the breakfast was so poor."

"Large resort with golf course, pools and restaurants. Friendly welcome. Room was dated and the bathroom definitely needed updating and the shower grouting was dirty but it was spacious and the bed was comfortable and air conditioning was good. The main pool was large and had plenty of shaded seating areas but wasn't quiet as there was a noisy wedding party by the pool. We ate at the Fennicottera Rosa Gourmet restaurant which was overly formal and the meal was only made by the fantastic amuses bouches and after dinner sweets - the main courses were unremarkable but the crepe Suzette cooked at the table was an art. We were woken at 1am by we presume the loud wedding party returning. Overly pretentious hotel for the elderly - not modern enough for us!"

"Vi har tillbringat en mycket bra 5-nattlig vistelse. L’endroit est très calme, verdissant entouré d’une très belle campagne. Un endroit comme nous les aimer en dehors des sentiers «instagram» où des gens vivent et travaillent. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres (petit bemol sur la litière mais je suis très difficile) quant à l’accueil, il est parfait ! Personalen är mycket leende, tillgänglig och vi har till och med haft tur att kunna byta franska med en älskvärd anställd. Och framför allt, njut av restaurangen och dess läckra små måltider. En plats där vi kommer tillbaka för att njuta av Faenza, en riktigt charmig stad."
