"Ours was a "2 days", with an Easy Relax formula which included the Spa, a tasting dinner at the internal restaurant "Cinque Cucchiai". As soon as we arrived, a very kind lady welcomed us, explaining our stay in detail and accompanying us to our room. Very refined, clean and fragrant accommodation with a view of the surrounding park. We started with a training session in the gym, Technogym equipment. Then we headed to the Spa, which had a hydromassage tub, relaxation beds, hot drinks, sauna and Turkish bath. A gem that should absolutely not be underestimated is the sensory outdoor pool, which is nothing short of wonderful. Once the spa shift was over, we got ready and then headed to the restaurant for dinner. Very friendly, knowledgeable and discreet staff. Excellent fish-based tasting in every course. In the morning we always had breakfast in the same restaurant area, with everything necessary to satisfy every single need. Before leaving, we took a walk around the park and enjoyed the lake with some beautiful flamingos. We will definitely be back."

"Spent a few days here after attending a wedding nearby. What a place 😀 when you enter the building it is very impressive. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful and we were able to check in early. Our room was immaculate and cleaned everyday. Breakfast was continental and there was a great choice, The hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk to the centre of Faenza and about a 10 min walk to the train station, the train service is excellent so use this fabulous hotel as a base and you'll not go wrong."
