"Booked in a accessable room. It was a distance to walk from the entrance. Sliding door on the bathroom was impossible for my partner to open once inside. Thick dust around the skirting boards and bedside tables. Shower hose leaked. Black gunge around the shower head hook. Rubber feet missing from the disabled handrail in shower. Got woken up very early in the morning by the noisy people upstairs. Don't think there is any sound proofing between floors. Very disappointing for a premier Inn. Staff just apologised when informed about issues but didn't do anything about them"

"We just left 14, Craignish most reluctantly after a three night stay. It was beautifully furnished, warm with all amenities we looked for and more besides. Lovely and clean, (even in the corners!) lovely and warm. The finding instructions were not clear so we had to phone the given number twice. Our call was answered immediately by a lovely lady who willingly helped us. The area around is in the process of redevelopment, which will only improve the apartments surroundings. Very close to a retail park, buses, cinema and Grahamston railway station. We used public transport for our excursions. More than satisfied. The apartment was over and above our expectations. Hope to return one day."
