"It was May 13, Holy Mother’s apparition mass was held when we arrived. As tens of thousands people assembled in the mass the hotel did great service for our family to leave luggages in the hotel, attended the mass and have had great time until we leave on the nest day."

"Nuno at the front desk was amazingly helpful finding us a taxi driver that picked us from Lisbon´s airport and drove us directly to Fatima. Location of this hotel is amazing, next block over starts the Sanctuary, nothing better than that. Amazing view, excellent service. Front desk service in english. They lend us wheel chari for the duration of the trip, which was very useful for my elderly mom. Rooms are sparce but comfortable enough. Bathroom suuper nice. The lady at the store next to the hotel was never to be seen, so no to that. Food was very good. All lin all, great air conditioning (with the heat it was wonderful), amazing hotel, would go back? definite yes."

"God plats till Fatimas santuary och bra restauranger inom några meter.Utmärkt frukostval inkluderades i priset.Ren rum, omgivningar och begäran (dvs. tyst rum, ingen lukt av cigaretter) före ankomsten tillhandahölls. Bed är en mjuk mattresse (vi brukar vara fast) men vi hade en bra sömn över natten trots det.Bara en kommentar skulle jag säga mottagningen försökte ta ut (9.75) för att använda sin privata parkering vid check-in eftersom vi bokade via en tredje part och inte direkt till hotellet. Lyckligtvis hade jag skrivit villkor inklusive gratis parkering i min bokning med Trip.com.Det är en av de främsta skälen jag bokade med hotellet, den gratis parkeringen och närheten till helgedomen.Personalen var hjälpsam och snäll. Vi checkade ut från rum 10:00 och bilen kunde stanna i deras parkering tills vi lämnade efter 12:e middagen.Högt rekommenderat hotellet i Fatima."

"So glad we chose the Hotel Santo Amaro for our first ever trip to Fatima, in terms of convenience to the Basilica and the apparition chapel you won’t be disappointed it’s literally 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is lovely from check in to check out no problems at all. The staff at this hotel are lovely so pleasant and helpful which as someone who travels a bit is something I always hope for, it makes such a difference to your stay when you have people who are approachable and helpful. Breakfast was delicious the cappuccino was the best in Fatima I had a few 😊 we had dinner on one evening only because we wanted to try a few places while there, dinner was delicious I had salmon and my companion had an omelette especially made as he wasn’t feeling like a big meal, no problem whatsoever the young man serving us was so lovely. So when I return to Fatima in the future I won’t think twice about booking this hotel. Well done to all the staff for running such a great place considering how busy you guys are. "

"Location is right next to the sanctuary. Surrounded by souvenir shops and some restaurants. It’s a 15 minutes walk from the bus station. Hotel staff were accommodating. Breakfast buffet was good. The only downside was I could hear tables and chairs dragging across the floor from the time I checked in til evening. That could’ve been because I stayed at level 1, just above the restaurant. Other than that, everything was perfect."
