"Everyone is so lovely. We were treated so kindly. The villa is stunningly beautiful and the grounds are amazing. Our room is very comfortable and well appointed. We loved it so much we added another night because we did not want to leave. We had a light dinner at the restaurant which was perfect and a fantastic breakfast. Our new favorite place!"

"Smelly garden shed.... described as Deluxe Bungalow!.... man alive we were shocked. Terrible location. Tried to think of some way of making it work but there's no kitchen of sorts no fridge no kettle ... ugghhh. Shame. I felt like telling the owner I'm not a blessed refugee but thought to just crack on with getting out of there. Paid €250 for 3 hours of deliberation how to get out of there"

Varje gång vissa människor bör tvingas göra lite kundtillfredsställelse .... i så många fall hjälper,"

"Fantastic B&B with a gorgeous pool, spacious rooms and excellent breakfast with a freshly baked goodies. There is an abundance of amazing restaurants in the nearby town with a great choice of the freshest fish and seafood. The roads are very accessible from here and it is easy to visit all the interesting and beautiful places around which include Loreto, Recanati, Torre di Palme, Ascoli Piceno, Offida, Montelupone, Montecosaro, Treia, Montecassiano, Sarnano, Fermo and many others. Roberto, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. The only issue here is a very hard water with a painfully slow-running shower, but this is rather a common issue in many other places in Italy we stayed in. The mosquito screens on the patio door would also be very helpful. Should we decide to visit this area again in the future, we would choose this place to stay in again without any hesitation."

Vi har varit med en 8-månaders barn och Maria Antinetta och Benedetto har välkomnat oss till familjen; om du gillar idén om en semester på en mysig plats där du kan känna dig hemma och prata med ägarna är detta rätt plats. Mariantonietta förbereder varje dag sötsaker och barmhärtigheter för frukost som hon gillar att kalla dem. Det finns ingen grip, check in, check out, men bara ömsesidig respekt för dem som de tar emot dig hem till dem. Vårt rum var ovanför våningen, litet men tillräckligt rymligt med badrum. ägarna har lagt till oss en skål och sitt kök för att förbereda måltider för barnet. Under den tid vi var andra rum var inte upptagen så vi hade poolen hela för oss, en riktig paradiset, privatliv och absolut avkoppling. Tack för denna vackra upplevelse"
