"I just had to write this review due to our recent experience, we arrived late evening and was looking forward to our holiday only to find on check in that Love Holidays had cancelled our stay. This could of been our holiday ruined but no, Hussain arrived and handled the situation with nothing but professionalism, although there was no availability for our first night he arranged without any delay in getting the sister hotel to take us in for the first night and even took us over in his car, the next day we returned and our room was still not ready however our cases were looked after with no security issues by the great reception chap (I forgot his name) and we started our holiday, we were informed all day about the progress of our room and was given our chosen room and not only that with were gifted free Aircon and late check out, I'm sorry for the long post but it would be far too easy to say what a great stay we had as all the staff from the cleaners to the management were so professional, it maybe a 3 star accommodation but the staff and service were well above that, Thank you Hussain and to the whole team we can't wait for our return, Room (406)"

Den dåliga servicen, som började bedriva, gav en första våningen mot parkeringen, full av luftkonditionering utomhus och bilavgaser, en person som öppnade dörren rakt in i en ovilja att byta ut under våra starka protester."

I didn't like that before 12:00 (check-out time), they started calling to remind me to leave, and at exactly 12:00, the cleaners were already knocking on the door. Other hotels usually don't bother guests for 10-15 minutes; everything else was fine. :)"

Otelin bahçesi sizi Bali de hissettiriyor tamamen ağaçlar çiçeklerle kaplı peyzaj belli ki çok emek harcanmış. Havuz tertemiz her gün düzenli temizleniyor. İlk kez Fethiye'ye giden birisi olarak Meryem hanımın tavsiye ettiği yerler-restaurantlar-güzergahları izledim rehber niteliğindeydi. Ayrıca otelde elektrikli araçlarınız için sarz istayonu/prizi var sanırım çevrede tek aracınız bir kaç saatte doluyor. Kahvaltıya da not vermezsek olmaz 10/10 :-)"

"Due to our original hotel closing our tour operator moved us to The Tugay . The hotel is extremely dated and scruffy , we paid extra for a superior room which was not superior at all , very small and the worst balcony i have ever seen , just about enough room for 1 chair , didn't get any sun at all . The pool area is very run down , weeds everywhere , sunbeds have seen better days and the smell of cat urine was horrendous . Breakfast was typical Turkish which we normally enjoy however due to the foul smell and scruffy surroundings we very rarely ate there . Please think very carefully before booking as there are a lot nicer hotels in Chalis to choose from , Jet 2 need to remove this hotel off its website as it really is awful . Would not recommend and will not be returning. "

"The location is very good, the owner and his wife are very good. You can ask and consult about anything, they help with everything they can… You should definitely take a boat tour in Göcek. The bays are very beautiful. The place where the boats are is 1-2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast is a little weak. Otherwise everything is great"
