Superior Hotel Persal

"Our room was spacious and clean, with a room and room, 2 huge TVs, clean towels and bed clothes, had available clothes 👏👏. Has a coffee maker and bottle to warm water. 2 closets. The breakfast was very good. We stayed in this hotel three years ago and it was wonderful, we chose to go again, but it wasn't the first time. Our room had no refrigerator, no air conditioning, no ventilator, we had to open the windows and as it was the front room, there was a lot of noise and horrible smell of cigarette, besides the mugs 🪰. In the breakfast and dinner we put on a table on the terrace, an unacceptable heat and many mosquitoes 🪰 , we gently asked to change our table into the dining room where it tested freshly and had no smoke smell, but they said all tables were reserved, but for 3 days we saw no one sitting on those tables 😣, we were disappointed with this. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was not very good as the first time, soups of the previous day, and had mosquitoes in the table that was exposed. The drinks we asked were hot, unfortunately we didn't have much comfort."

"We had an absolutely perfect stay. We stayed in a family room. The rooms were large, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The proximity to the lift was fantastic and we used the shuttle daily. Our daily breakfast was hearty. We had cooked to order eggs, and a large selection of other delicious options. We were able to get back from our ski day for the daily cakes. The dinners were absolutely fantastic. You could fill up on just the buffet alone, but the three entree selections each night were all varied and delicious. I appreciated the local cuisine. The staff all deserve a shout out for being kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our interactions with them. Bobo and Atilla were fantastic and really helped make sure we were taken care of. The hotel was able to help with laundry service during our stay, they helped arrange transportation back to the Munich airport, we were able to purchase our lift tickets directly through the hotel. The ski lockers and boot dryers in the lockers were fantastic. I felt the hotel was a great value for everything it offered."

"We stayed at this wonderful hotel from July 26th to August 2th, 2025. What can I say? It was a wonderful experience. Great attention to guests from the reception to the dinner (expecially Daniel who was perfect). We booked a Maple suite on the first floor. It is a suite with two rooms, big and with a nice view on the mountain and the Finkerberg cable car. The hotel is very clean. The valley is divine!!"
