Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hattiesburg ★★

📍 105 Westover Dr, Hattiesburg

"For a quick getaway, for the price, it was perfect. The bed was too firm for me and only complaint is no coffee extras ie. sugar, creamer in my room. In the lobby had coffee 24/7 but early morning I don’t want to run down to get coffee."

"Hotel was very clean. Joe Hubbard and his crew were very friendly always cleaning and I cannot tell you how much that meant to all of us. We were there for our son’s wedding and having a clean hotel to stay at made our trip all the better. We have stayed at other hotels in Hattiesburg but found this Home2suites the best. We will be back in the spring and will be back!"

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hattiesburg ★★

"I typically stay here once a week when I’m in town. Most of the issues are minimal so I never complain. Last night, I discovered my microwave didn’t work. I was going to use the hot plate to warm my food. It didn’t work. So I called the front desk and she told me to come down and use the microwave. I didn’t want to do that at 12am but hey I needed to eat. Then the refrigerator started making my noise, which I reported this morning before checking out. So the manager calls me, ask what the issues were, kept me on hold;I guess she went to check the room, she got back on and said since i had a discount there’s nothing she can do. So basically since i have a discount, my experience is null and void. I really hate that because regardless of a discount. I’m still a gold member."

"Unfortunately, cleaning is not good, because I realized when in, see the open water bottle, bone, or do well the toilet 😖 the attention of the person at the bad restaurant, the afternoon receptionist with a super-feeling attitude."
