"The room wasn't big but was very clean. Michele, the chubby receptionist, was very nice 👍. The croissants for breakfast 🥐 were so delicious; I have to control myself from eating too many every day. Lattes are only available by asking the server, and the coffee was also good. Environment: Located in the old town, convenient for dining. There are many Black people; avoid going out after dark."

"This is a highly recommended hotel in Genoa! The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Friendly and wonderful! You can freely use the water dispenser. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There were plenty of electrical outlets. However, be careful when using the shower, as the floor can get soaked. The location is a bit of a walk from the train station, but it's close to a bus stop and near Piazza Ferrari, making it ideal for shopping and dining!"

"We visited the Genoa Aquarium and couldn't have found a better place to stay than this; right in front of the aquarium and right in the city center. It's not really a hotel or "palace" as it's located inside a condominium, but it certainly makes many other structures jealous. It's on the top floor of the building and has a breathtaking view. Large and clean rooms, very friendly owner, super breakfast service! We'll definitely return."
