"Check in was fast and easy. Bed was not very comfy, but the AC was a nice addition. No hairdryer. Breakfast was okay, but very limited selection for vegetarians, probably just beans and tomato for vegans. The hotel itself feels like it's stuck in the late 80s/ early 90s,so it could use a bit of modernisation, but that's just my aesthetical taste."

"I am extremely disappointed and upset with my experience at this hotel. I accidentally left an envelope in my room containing £2,000 in cash. After I realized it was missing, I contacted the hotel, and I do appreciate that some of the staff tried to help me look for it. However, the envelope was never found. What makes this especially concerning is that only a few hours had passed between the time I left the room and when I reported the missing envelope. Given the circumstances, I find it very hard to believe that the envelope simply disappeared. It strongly makes me question the security and honesty of the housekeeping process at this hotel. Guests should be able to trust that if they accidentally leave something valuable behind in their room, the hotel will handle it properly and honestly. Unfortunately, this experience has made me feel the opposite. I am very disappointed, very angry, and I would not feel safe staying here again."

"The staff at the hotel are absolutely lovely and really helpful ..I felt really welcomed and especially Fraser, Louise and David always acknowledged me and we're very personable, asking how my stay was. They made my stay comfortable and I appreciated their care. However, I didn't have breakfast at the hotel and I found it so disappointing that there was no kettle, tea or coffee making facilities in the room. For me, this is a minimum comfort requirement if staying in a hotel along with towels, etc. I also found my room slightly clinical with no carpet and no chair, apart from a fold up stool. It felt very basic and the heater was loud and didn't always come on. I think if a kettle was available, with tea and coffee making and at least a rug on the floor, I would have given a better review."
