"Arrived about 15 minutes after 4 person at the desk said your room is not ready because we have special need said it will be 10 to 15 minutes wait I said fine 15 minutes went by nothing happened still waiting I walked up to the front desk I told the person look I have been driving for past 6 and a half hour I am very tired could you please check and see how much longer person behind the desk said it will 10 more minutes so finally after have the room which I might add very clean and beautiful.next morning went for breakfast even though I was wrong grabbing bagels with my hand instead of tonge this woman came behind me said use tonge not your Habsburg the way she spoke to me was very rude she should not work in that place with that kind of attitude,it just ruined my day "

"Don't expect a friendly face,a smile or any sorta customer service from front desk day/evening staff.They are remodeling so some rooms have hot water, some don't. If you get deluxe your guaranteed to a fridge and clean room , can't speak of non deluxe"

"這個酒店規模很大，每間房都是套間，父母帶子女入住很好！有冰箱、咖啡機、微波爐和洗菜盆。有健身房.游泳室。大前台大廳寬敞。沙發座椅很多，有一個巨大的室內中亭，有綠色植物，樹下有凳子，令人舒服愉快！而且價格適中，很樟的酒店！"

"Booked hotel because it was close to O’Hare. The drive was only 15 mins so it was very convenient. The town is nice and hotel is pretty nice too. Going into chicago city might take an hour though."
