"Stämning på Hotel Indigo Gloucester.Platsen är perfekt för tågstation och gå till Gloucester Quay.Incheckning var enkel och all personal vänlig. Vårt rum var fantastiskt, hörnsvit rum på högre våning, vacker dekoration och med utsikt över Gloucester Cathedral.Njut av cocktails på den öppna takbaren ~ Crimson Spire igen med utsikt över katedralen.Matad i West Window restaurang. Bra service, alla presenterade och smakade fantastiskt som tillförde vår erfarenhet.Simon gjorde vår vistelse minnesvärd leverans en utmärkt service."

"I had trouble checking in and had to get help from the bar staff who were very helpful The bedrooms were a bit on the small side for 2 people, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and it was very hot weather. The breakfast menu was adequate. We did not have dinner at the hotel. The bottom step on the main stairway had no markings on the edge, and one of my party fell down that step on 2 occasions. Fortunately he was not injured, but the matter needs redressing. We pointed it out to one of the bar staff who said he would pass on the comment. The staff were very pleasant at all times."

"Needed somewhere for a one night stop. I arrived by car, the Premier Inn was easy to find on the north side of Gloucester with plenty of free parking (just need to register your vehicle number at reception). Room was clean and comfortable. In the evening we walked towards the cathedral and docks - took about half hour. We had Premier Inn breakfast in the adjoining restaurant the next morning - we had a nicely cooked English breakfast which we ordered on arrival and which was served to our table, plus a good choice of cereals, yoghurts, toast etc which you could help yourself to at the buffet. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again"

"The hotel is pretty standard Premier Inn, but the guy on reception didn't look particularly happy to be there, and I had to ask where the restaurant was and if I needed to input my car registration. The restaurant isn't immediately obvious that it's part of the hotel, there are no signs above the door at all. I went to the bar and said I'd like to order food, was given a menu and told where to sit. A whole 25 minutes passed with no drink or food order taken, meanwhile staff are at the bar chatting. Finally my order was taken (it wasn't busy at all) and my food arrived another 25 minutes later. After finishing and leaving my plate for collection, it took 20 minutes for my plate to be taken, and another 30 minutes I'm still waiting for my desert. Another table were also waiting for their desert and the manager eventually asked them if they were still waiting for it. When they said yes he laughed and went in the kitchen. 10 minutes later they left, without desert. At that point I realised I wasn't getting mine either, luckily I was on a meal allowance so I got up and walked out too. It's also worth mentioning there were only Madri or Moretti on tap, but there was no Madri apparently. Because of this experience and not having time for this carry on in the morning, I didn't entertain going in for breakfast"

"We booked this on spec as we were in Gloucester and decided to stay the night instead of just the day. I have to say, this was a real find. Easy to book (only booked 1½ hours before check-in) and right on the docks. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could want. The shower was unusual and took a bit of working out and the hot water was intermittent but as it was 28º outside on the day that didn't really worry us too much. If we came back to Gloucester this would be the first place we would look at to stay."

"Stannade i Linden Tree för bank helg vi träffades av vackra människor när vi anlände och förklarade att vi hade ett dubbelrum som märkte att vi var ett par som erbjöd oss familjens rum med ett dubbelrum utan extra kostnad.som var en bra storlek. Frukost var fantastisk och ingen tidsgräns för att vara där var ny förberedd och kan säga att det var en av de bästa jag har haft.Dessutom togs prover så mycket i puben som var rimligt prissatt och atmosfären med lokalerna var bra.Kommer tillbaka i framtiden. Kom igen, Yawn."

"My wife stayed here & i just thought I’d check reviews to see if anyone else had the same experience she had. To my surprise, another guest did! Booked a room - paid in full - & when my wife arrived to check in they said she booked two rooms & the balance of the second room had to be paid in full before she got the keys to the room already paid for! No second room had been booked! My wife was over visiting her sick father at Christmas & had no other choice but to pay it. My wife showed emails - rang ‘*******’ which was apparently the provider it was booked with & even got the confirmation that nothing had been booked whatsoever- showed staff the proof - & was still given no other option than to pay. The entire stay she wasn’t even given the keys to the second room. My wife was extremely upset & felt ambushed in an already tough situation , about to see her father for the first time in a care facility. Absolutely awful."

Men den tjänst jag hade varit utmärkt att sortera en peppar-allergi meny för min farson, generös Halloween väska som gavs till honom, köket omedelbart födelsedagsplakat för mig med Happy Birthday skrivet i choklad med en yummy chokladbrunnie plus Is och kaka (impromptu samlar så inga kakor). Jag gratulerar kocken Elona som skrev chokladen vackert, och särskilt de två restaurang/bar damer Dee och Sharon som båda hjälpte oss i går och i dag med stor tålamod och förståelse."
