"This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment."

"第一次過年來大西北，想不到這酒店過年的氣氛還很濃郁，大堂有民族服飾可以試穿拍照打卡，還挺出片的呢，也是我第一次嘗試穿名族服飾，很漂亮，本人不上相就不配照片啦😜 其他朋友入住他們家都可以嘗試一下噢 前台值班經理也很熱情，一直幫我整理衣服，凹造型，房間也很安靜乾淨，服務也很好，真的很推薦這家酒店。對了，還順便打卡了生命樹繪畫牆，最近這部劇還挺火的，總之是次非常不錯的體驗。"

To the right, there are gathering places for many local food and catering options, such as online celebrity restaurants, Zhenhua Hand-Pulled Noodle Restaurant, and Jiuding Beef Noodle Restaurant. The hotel has an internal parking lot, providing convenient parking, dining, and shopping.

房間很寬敞乾淨，床鋪柔軟舒適，電腦極佳。
酒店早餐也不錯，牛奶很美味，附近的阿力土火鍋更是一絕，我們連續兩晚都去吃。
酒店地理位置很不錯，交通便利，但是停車要注意從酒店後面的星龍三期小區那個十字路口左轉進入，千萬千萬別按導航走!每天出發前去前台掃碼即可免費駛離。
總的來説，極其適合年輕人結伴出遊，如果帶有孩子或長者那我建議選擇他家的普通房型。"

"房間很大很乾凈，還配備了沙發和桌子，全天有供氧和加濕器，很適合初次來格爾木的朋友。
餐廳雖然小但是吃的很好，餐廳有意自製的辣椒醬，加在饅頭花捲裏，特別好吃。
不管是前台、服務人員還是餐廳的工作人員，都很友好，主動幫忙拿東西，隨時問候，感覺很親切。還有洗衣機，一個小時洗烘都搞定了，很適合出遊的朋友們。
整體上乾淨整潔，家人很滿意這次住宿，下次來還想住在這兒！非常好"
