"Just loved this hotel. Even though it doesn't have an ocean view, the rooms are really nice (especially 301), and the history of the hotel - and looking through the photos - is really nice. Great bike storage, really nice outdoor eating area and super quiet place to stay. Really enjoyed the roof top balcony."

"We had a tremendous experience here. Spotlessly clean. Great Breakfast. Will definitely be back. Spacious room. 2 Adults 2 teenagers in bunk beds. My son is very tall and had adequate space. Couldn't ask for more. Nice small family hotel. We parked 100M away and left it for the entire weekend. We just used the free bikes to get around. And oh yeh Great value too."

Breakfast is served in the Hotel Touring a few steps away. Large selection, very friendly, personable staff in both hotels, easy parking. We would gladly return anytime."

"The room I received is basic, maybe needs a renovation, small but ideal for one night. With a look at the streets of the center. The location is excellent and comfortable. Good breakfast with a beautiful selection of sweet, fruit and salt. But the difference in this hotel is made by people. All of them are wonderfully friendly, available and propens to make the client comfortable, from the boy of the reception that welcomed us to the director meeting the next day, to the lady of breakfast. I would certainly advise you."

"Grado har det historiska centrum i ZTL och därför några dagar innan ns ankomst kontaktade vi hotellet för att få information om tillgänglighet och mycket vänligt bekräftar vi att hotellet är tillgängligt i bil och att de också har privat parkering ... Ahimeé dock glömmer att berätta att det är betalt (som jag tycker är absurd), under så många år av resor aldrig hänt att betala parkering, som dessutom är en gård där du måste lämna nycklarna på hotell för att kunna flytta bilen För att få ut de andra bakom. Dessutom var det rum, måste jag säga rent, mycket lite mer än en cell, så mycket att sängen i franska sattes mot väggen annars du inte kan gå. den obekväma mattan, baseras på en Typ av kubiknät som jag inte förstår strukturen bra, men som fick oss att stå upp med ryggsmärta ... Ciliegina på kakan, på natten (även om det inte är hotellet) passerade avfallslastbilar för insamling, med överdriven ljud! ... frukost ingenting av det."

"Ideal location. NO PARKING only for 4 cars. Staff are very friendly, lady owner exceedingly rude & miserable to paying guests. We had a fire alarm go off at 2:30 in the morning, the guest came down and assembled at the muster point, to find no hotel staff in attendance, after 10 to 15 minutes us the guests started to re-enter the hotel at which time the night watchman tells us it was a false alarm. Had this had been a real fire incident heaven’s knows what the outcome would have been as no one was there to do a guest check list. Food for breakfast was ok, only one coffee machine for the whole of the guests."

"I was there in August 2023 and I liked it a lot. The room was functionally furnished. The breakfast in the partner hotel exceeded my expectations. The entire team was extremely friendly. The pool wasn't huge, but wonderfully refreshing, I really enjoyed the water. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but you can easily get to the center on foot. The only drawback: my refrigerator didn't work, which I reported several times to reception. Unfortunately, nothing happened."

Det har få parkeringar för kostnadsfritt, utan trädgård och andningsutrymmen, och med kaffe bara från bilen och baren bara från 8 till 20 och rum och badrum behöver en helt ny, med mössa i hörnen, smyga väggar, Brott luftkonditionering, fönster och mycket daterade persianer och hälsosamma utan utrymme för ben, och kanske även ett kylskåp i rummet. Positivt är det allmänna reningsverket, en mycket god frukost och personal och mycket tillgängliga och vänliga innehavare. På plats finns ingen lösning, rummen är du."
