"I enjoyed that the hotel very well maintained and smelled clean. The room itself a little musty and damp due to the high humidity and weather, but it was very clean. The tv was a little confusing on how to change channels. Bathroom was clean and had all that was needed for a shower and lotion after. There was a wardrobe closet that was neatly maintained with an iron and ironing board. Good sized room. The king sized bed has plenty of plushy pillows and bedding. It might be a little high for someone shorter or who has issues climbing into a bed that’s up high. Very basic coffee machine in the room. There’s a safe and a frig as well which is nice. Might be a nicer touch if there were complimentary bottles of water in the frig. Overall I would rate it 4.5 stars if you only need to stay 3 or 4 days. The staff is very friendly. A young lady named Shi was at the front desk and she was so sweet and accommodating to any questions we had. The day we left, we were running behind and missed breakfast. I asked if maybe they had any extra rolls or muffins for us to take on the road. She was sweet enough to allow us to go into the breakfast area and pick out whatever we needed before we left. That was very kind of her and an example of going above and beyond for her customers. She greeted us and said goodbye with a smile, which definitely made our experience all the more better."

"Stayed in Room 212 on July 27, 2026, and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Before I even arrived, I called to let them know I was less than 10 minutes away. The employee aggressively demanded my card information over the phone, claiming there were “multiple guests waiting for the room.” I explained I was driving and wasn’t going to dig my wallet out while behind the wheel. Instead of working with me, she hung up on me. To make matters worse, I was quoted $83 over the phone, but when I arrived less than 10 minutes later, the price had somehow become $99. The room itself was unacceptable. The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of cigarettes and had a strong musty smell. The deadbolt had been ripped out of the wall, making the room feel unsafe. The walls were filthy from floor to ceiling with stains and grime everywhere. When I tried to get help from the front desk, the office door was locked and no one was at the service window, so there was no way to report the issues or get assistance. I have photos documenting the condition of the room. Between the misleading pricing, rude customer service, lack of security, poor maintenance, and inability to get help, I would not recommend staying here. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere else."

"Jag njöt av att hotellet var väl underhållet och luktade rent.Rummet självt var lite mörk och ånga på grund av den höga fuktigheten och vädret, men det var mycket rent.TV var lite förvirrande om hur man skulle ändra kanaler. Badrummet var rent och hade allt som krävdes för en dusch och lotion efter.Det fanns ett garderoblås som var smidigt underhållet med en järn- och järnbräda.Bra stor rum.Den kungliga storleken säng har massor av plusiga pjäser och sängar. Det kan vara lite högt för någon kortare eller som har problem att klättra in i en säng som är hög.Mycket grundläggande kaffemaskine i rummet.Det finns en säkerhetsvagn och en kylskåp också som är trevligt. Det kan vara en trevligare touch om det fanns komplimentära flaskor vatten i kylen.Överlag skulle jag värdera det 4.5 stjärnor om du bara behöver stanna 3 eller 4 dagar.Personalen är mycket vänlig. En ung dam vid fronten, som hette Shi, var så söt och beredd för alla frågor vi hade.Den dag vi lämnade, sprang vi bakom och missade frukost.Jag frågade om de kanske hade några extra rull eller muffins för att vi skulle ta vägen. Hon var söt nog för att tillåta oss att gå in i frukostområdet och ta reda på vad vi behövde innan vi lämnade.Det var mycket snällt av henne och ett exempel på att gå över och bort för sina kunder. Hon hälsade på oss och sa farväl med ett leende, vilket definitivt gjorde vår erfarenhet ännu bättre."
