"I stayed at The Bernerhof Hotel from 1-3 September, 2023. I reserved two rooms for my wife and I, and our two guests. We had a lovely stay. We received exceptional service from Bouchra Ftouhi at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful during our entire stay. Our guests were delayed by Zürich traffic. She helped them get their car parked, luggage handled, and helped them with late dinner arrangements. She also helped us with many little things throughout our stay, things that normally would have distracted from our positive experience. Needless to say in Switzerland, her multilingual skills were exceptional as well. The upgraded rooms on the third floor had a terrasse with a great view of the Höhi Wispile ski area. Parking was ample and simple, directly adjacent to the front door. The Bernerhof is on the car free promenade in the center of Gstaad. You can stroll for shopping, or a have a Znüni, Apero, or dinner. The hotel has four restaurants as well, with excellent food. We enjoyed going to Pernot right next door. They had an incredible selection of gourmet food and wine. The Bernerhof spa is ample and relaxing. Overall, the Bernerhof is a first class hotel at a reasonable price."

"We stayed for a week in the hotel for a vacation in Switzerland of 4 weeks; definitely the best experience we had in the country. The staff is very professional and friendly, it was a very nice surprise to find many of them to be fluent in spanish. The food quality is great. The SPA is elegant and gives the feeling of exclusivity. We appreciated the support from Olivier the concierge and the restaurant manager Romina, both of them extremely attentive and made our stay to feel warm and personal. Great Recommendation for couples, as the rooms are confortable, clean and with good taste, the breakfast, spa services, spa facilities, food and drinks options make it a good place for enjoying the beauty of Gstaad."

"Boende i en lägenhet i Micheline Chalet bredvid hotellet, slinga den första veckan i februari.Egli gondola är idealiskt beläget mindre än en minut från hotellet som gör skiområdet så tillgängligt. Boendet var rymligt, väl utformat och oskyldigt rent.Det finns ett fantastiskt privat spa i källaren.Hotellet är familjeägt och sakkunnigt förvaltat.Personalen var extremt vänlig och hjälpsam.Ambitionen i hotellet var trevlig och avslappnad. Detta hotell är mer än fyra stjärnor än tre.Du kan äta i restaurangen eller pizzeria.Maten var acceptabel.Du kan gå in i byns centrum om 10-15 minuter. Jag rekommenderar starkt restaurangen på Post Hotel Rossli eller baren i Olden, om du känner dig som att spränga ut lite.Detta var mitt tredje besök i Arc en Ciel och hoppas att han snart kommer tillbaka."
