You could even tell the air conditioning filter had been cleaned. The bathroom glass and mirrors were sparkling, completely free of water spots. I felt so comfortable and at ease during my stay. A huge shoutout to the housekeeping staff!"

"Övernattlig vistelse var mitt huvudmål att besöka Xumi Shan Grottoes. De två unga damerna på fronten när jag checkade in var mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma, de arrangerade snabbt en förare för att ta mig till grottorna, och gav mig mycket användbar information om mat och shopping alternativ. Hotellet ligger i en bekväm plats, även en enkel 15-minuters promenad till Guyan Museum, som är värt att besöka.Frukost hade en bra mängd olika alternativ. Rummet var väldigt smart och bekvämt, förutom att jag inte kunde driva luftkonditioneringen och därför var jag tvungen att hålla fönstret öppen hela tiden jag var där."

"This is a good modern hotel that provides comfortable accommodations. The breakfast bar is great, and the hotel location provides easy access (by Didi or taxi) to the train and bus stations, as well as Guyuan's outstanding museum. Only problems were having to overcome receiving two room key cards (one of which stopped working after a day), problem with the standard wifi authorization (room number and name). The night latch was broken/ non-functional. That wasn't a big problem, but reveals poor attention to facility maintenance/repair. An oddity was that each elevator ride was punctuated by a loud noise that sounded like a dog's bark. I'm not sure what that noise reveals about the elevator mechanism. All options taken into account, I'd definitely consider staying in this hotel on any future visit to Guyuan."

"I was traveling with my family to Guyuan for National Day. We booked the Huaqi Hotel, a hotel we'd previously stayed at, because of our company agreement. When we got to the room, it was freezing cold, and the air conditioner wasn't heating. I asked the front desk for a heater, but they didn't have one. After much back-and-forth, they finally got one. My child wanted to watch TV, but the remote didn't work. After several attempts, we finally fixed it. The next morning, when we went to breakfast, the waiter stopped us and told us there would be an extra charge for our child. My child is eight years old, and we've traveled with him to Beijing, Shanghai, Inner Mongolia, and Xi'an. This was the first time I'd been told there was a breakfast charge. It didn't make sense, but after some discussion, I was told it was. It was a bit awkward."
