"We stayed here as a starting point for our guide company and Kilimanjaro climb. The entire team (Revo, Scolastica, Ester, Teddy - to name a few) were all beyond phenomenal. They’re attentive to your needs and such kind people. The room was simple and very clean. You can tell the workers took so much pride in their hotel. The shower was a tad temperamental but it did the trick. They have a blow dryer at the front desk, if needed. And yes - they prefer you put your lunch and dinner requests in early. The food was pretty good. Breakfast is buffet and included with your stay. The hotel helps fund the school next door. So feel free to donate to them or bring some extra school supplies for donation if you wish. Oh - and there’s a great view of kili also from the balconies!"

"Först trodde jag att hotellet innan och efter att ha klättrat Kilimanjaro skulle vara bara "säng - sandwich - till flygplatsen."Jag hade inga förväntningar.Men Aishi Machame förvånade mig verkligen på det här hotellet kan du göra mycket mer än bara sova - du kan verkligen njuta av det Din tid.Restaurangen är utmärkt, med ett stort urval av måltider, massor av bra alkohol och många cocktails.Det finns en stor simbassäng, (tvättkläder tillhandahålls gratis). Och spaen... Jag var så tacksam för spaen efter att ha kommit ner från Kilimanjaro!Det är tyst utanför, utan vägar nära, bara fåglar sjunger på morgonen. Jag skulle ha stannat i Aishi i två eller tre dagar bara för att njuta av atmosfären i Afrika lite längre, men mitt flyg hem väntade.Jag är äntligen kär i Afrika - tack vare sådana platser."

"We stayed here our first and last 3 nights of our trip and after being away for a week, it felt like returning home. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and are very accommodating, even leading us on walks to the local village and answering all of our questions. Rooms are basic and wifi better at the lodge, but it completely met my needs. The pool was refreshing after a long flight and a lovely place to hang out at the end of the day. Beautiful grounds."
