"It was a pleasantly surprising time at Pullman Haining. The rooms were comfortable and you can do your own laundry if needed. The service was great, especially Dodo from front desk who assisted us on several things. We had a nice time as a family and would definitely consider staying again. The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect if you want some down time from the busy cities in China."

"I loved how clean the rooms were. I also loved the food: breakfast , lunch and supper buffet, I had veggies and all sorts of meats and it was wonderful. In the room there was no window so it smelt a bit but nothing serious."

"The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay. The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch."

"First time being in Grand New Century Hotel. Started with warm welcoming at the front desk with Ms Wang(王翠); staffs here kind are helpful, certainly meet five star hotel standard . Room are quite and clean with open view . Gym open from 06:30 till 22:00 . Good to have some exercise before bed . Over all I had a great night here, would return for sure."

"We had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was luxurious, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary teas and neatly arranged toiletries. The food was another highlight of our stay — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We still think about the pastries! What stood out to me most was the décor throughout the hotel. Tasteful, elegant, and inviting, with a great attention to detail. Whether in the lobby, dining area, or hallways, everything was beautifully arranged and created a truly welcoming atmosphere. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family!"

"從訂房開始一直到入住結束，多謝前台小方的不厭其煩解答👍，酒店很新很乾凈，陽台房正對錢塘江空氣非常好。主要是在酒店有開放的大陽台房，可以直接在酒店的高樓層觀潮，太讚了，不需要去觀景台公園觀潮，不需要在熱到中暑的情況下觀潮，房間服務也很好礦泉水管夠。還貼心地贈送了一份小童的早餐。晚上西餐廳裏面的自助餐性價比也很高，吃到了很鮮味的螃蟹。下次有機會再入住觀潮。"

"清明小長假全家一起來鹽官潮樂之城遊玩，訂了這家非常有歷史的宣德門酒店。確認訂單後，會有管家專員事無鉅細地細心對接行程的各項內容。包括停車，早餐，房間wifi，出行遊玩攻略等等！ 到店後，前台的小可和小林都非常的熱情，替我們詳細介紹了各項遊玩項目的具體時間地點。還主動提醒停車出場要來掃碼登記等事宜。非常感謝！ 在入住期間，有問題詢問管家，也是第一時間就能得到回覆。 酒店的房間非常寬敞，有專門的化粧間，浴缸也配有一次性浴缸罩。床墊可以根據個人喜好調節軟硬程度，甚至是兩邊分開調節的。太人性化了！ 酒店裡的恆温泳池設施也是非常的新，泳池裡沒有刺鼻的消毒水味道，温度非常適宜！ 每次在酒店裡碰到工作人員，每個人都是微笑地和我們打招呼。可以看得出酒店的軟件管理很到位！這些小細節足夠打動我們！"

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal."

Haizhou hotel opened on January 9, 2005. and was named the first four-star tourist hotel in Haining in 2006. In 2010, the second phase of the room was put into use. In March 2012, it won the five-star tourist hotel, and in December 2012, it won the Gold Leaf Level Green hotel. In August 2016, it successfully passed the five-star re-evaluation of the National Tourism Administration. In December 2018, it passed the re-evaluation of the Gold Leaf Level Green Hotel. At the same time, the facilities and equipment of the guest room were gradually improved to ensure the quality of the hotel.
As the only five-star hotel in Haining with a green vegetable base, we are committed to building a high-quality hotel brand to provide customers with green, healthy and safe products. The green and organic vegetable base of Haizhou covers an area of more than 100 acres. Vegetable in the base is scientifically planted and naturally mature.
