"I was skeptical when I booked this hotel, but was wowed when I checked in. The guy at the front desk (Ryan) was super helpful, patient, and full of smiles. The hotel was super clean starting from the lobby to our room. Our room was spacious and I love everything about the room - clean, comfy bed with extra pillows, clean bathroom. The breakfast had lots of options that suited everyone from cereal to oat, toast, pancake, muffins, yummy cinnamon roll, pork sausage, turkey sausage, and cheese omelet. As a non-pork eater, I love the fact that they had the turkey sausage option. The checkout was seamless. I recommend this hotel."

"This place is a 4-star hotel on Google Maps, but it is extremely, extremely, extremely bad. Be sure to avoid it! I brought an elderly person over 80 years old here. This place has no elevator, the stairs are extremely steep, and the service attitude is very poor. It was really hard for the two of us to get to the second floor from the parking lot with all our luggage. Their parking lot is very small and crowded, and the location is also awkward. You need to park in a circle around the block, and then you have to use a small key to open the door from the back door. The staff passage is very dirty and old, and there are many turns and stairs, which can make you tired. It's still the basement. All the rooms are on the second floor and above, which is especially not suitable for the elderly, pregnant women, and friends with strollers, wheelchairs, and crutches. And this place is extremely small, even smaller and more broken than the three-star hotel I stayed in yesterday."

"You have to check in 48 hours in advance, there is no front desk service, and you have to pay for parking. After completing the steps, you still can't enter the hotel and have to rely on the help of guests coming in and out to resolve the problem. I called the hotel phone many times but no one answered. There were traces of orange juice on the water glass and large stains on the bed sheets! Only the living room has air conditioning, and there are only two fans in the three rooms, so the ventilation is very poor! What's even more outrageous is that the music from the bar downstairs is so loud that it even shook the bed. It didn't stop until 2:07 am! I reported it to the hotel, but their attitude was tough and unfriendly. I will definitely complain to the relevant government departments‼ ️"

Mitt enda problem var att det fanns en mus som roaming middagsområdet.Servern be om ursäkt och försökte försäkra mig om att hotellet har skador på kontrollen som kommer varje vecka.Även om det var bra, gav det mig inte omedelbar tillfredsställelse. Det brukade vara att ett hotell skulle kompensera. Men igen var matet fruktansvärt och rimligt prissatt med tanke på platsen ... men musproblemet är ett problem för mig."

We can enjoy the serenity of the surrounding area, it's close to the historical site of citadel and public Garden, with a few steps, you can ride on bus which connects you to anywhere even to the airport. The hotel room is spacious, with good air conditioning and heated floor. The room cleaning is fine but towels we're missing after the first cleaning on the next day. However the bulky air conditioner is quite noisy and our room is close to the ice producing machine, so sometimes you will be disdisturbed disturbed,"
