"Service: I booked this hotel online. Upon arrival, I had a discussion with the front desk staff regarding my room's location. Soon after, a beautiful and tall service attendant personally came up to assist with coordination and suggestions. She even helped with my luggage, and her tone was gentle and her attitude kind throughout. I forgot to ask for her name, but I remember she was a lovely young woman from Xinjiang. Her warm, thoughtful, and meticulous service left a deep impression on me, so much so that after returning to Beijing, I've recommended this hotel to my friends multiple times. Environment: Clean, tidy, fresh, and elegant."
