"I chose the Qiuguo Hotel Central Street branch this time, and the overall experience was fantastic. What really stood out was the consistently attentive and meticulous service, which completely changed my perception of standard hotel service. It's definitely my top recommendation for anyone visiting Harbin! As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff proactively greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check-in was quick and efficient, with no long waits. The staff patiently and thoroughly explained all the check-in procedures, and even went above and beyond by recommending sightseeing routes around Central Street, must-try local dishes, and offering helpful tips for getting around the city. It was incredibly thoughtful. Their communication throughout was gentle and patient, professional yet approachable, immediately easing any unfamiliarity we felt being in a new place. Service during our stay was even more heartwarming. The housekeeping auntie was exceptionally meticulous, cleaning our room spotless every day. The bed was neatly made, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and the toiletries were perfectly arranged. Every time we met her, she'd greet us warmly and was always kind and approachable. When we needed extra drinking water or disposable amenities midway through our stay, we contacted the front desk and they responded incredibly quickly, delivering everything to our room in no time. They were always on call, fulfilling every request – truly exceptional service. The hotel has staff on duty 24 hours, which provides a great sense of security, and even late-night inquiries were answered patiently. The check-out process was simple and convenient, without any complicated procedures. The staff even offered to help with our luggage, providing attentive and genuine service throughout. Overall, this hotel doesn't rely on lavish decorations to impress, but rather wins you over with its sincere, thoughtful, and meticulous service. All the staff are enthusiastic, polite, professional, and responsible, paying attention to every detail and offering a truly comforting experience. Its location right next to Central Street makes getting around and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Coupled with the perfect service, it offers excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Harbin, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all fellow travelers!"

The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are especially complete and well-maintained. I had a really good rest during my trip. The location is also superb; the subway entrance is right outside, and it's only two or three stops from the train station. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Harbin!"

"The hotel's location is great, very close to Central Avenue. The room size is appropriate, but the decor is a bit plain and the bedding is just okay. There's no parking right in front of the hotel; on the first day, the driver had to stop in the middle of the road to drop us off because he said you can't pull over, which made getting in and out inconvenient."

"I've stayed here twice now. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the young ladies at the front desk are incredibly helpful. The first time I visited, they gave me frozen pears, and the second time, I even got a small towel. These thoughtful details really warm my heart. Shopping is super convenient with direct elevator access to the mall, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. It's also a very short walk to the high-speed train station, and the hotel even offers a pick-up service from there. This is definitely my top choice whenever I visit Harbin. My friends are coming this weekend, and I'm booking here again for them!"
