"**Translation:** Check-in was quick, especially considering the typically lengthy and thorough document verification process for foreigners in China. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent—quite good by Chinese hotel standards, especially catering to Russian tastes. Rooms are medium-sized with comfortable beds. The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now."

"Расположение гостиницы хорошее, прямо в центре Хэйхэ, рядом ТЦ Хуафу, много ресторанов, все в пешей доступности, номера в гостинице чистые, современный ремонт, унитаз с подогревом, слив воды происходит автоматически, одноразовые тапочки, зубные щетки, паста, шампунь все есть. Теперь минусы, что нам не понравилось, это отсутствие лифта, жили на 4-ом этаже, людям с ограниченными возможностями и лишним весом будет проблематично каждый день по несколько раз подниматься, отсутствие уборки комнаты, мы жили 7 дней, вешали каждый день табличку на двери, что необходимо произвести уборку комнаты, но убирали только мусор и все, на третий день сами нашли швабру, тряпку и помыли пол, в ресепшен говорили несколько раз, но без толку, вай фай интернет есть, но очень слабый, для меня кровать был удобным, так как предпочитаю жесткие матрасы, а супруге наоборот, каждое утро просыпалась потрепанной, говорила что матрас слишком жесткий, и самый главный минус это отсутствие шумоизоляции, все слышно, улица, соседние комнаты, в коридоре если кто то курит, то дым от сигарет заходит в комнату, поэтому приходилось полотенцем закрывать щель под входной дверью, за 7 дней проживания в этой гостинице в принципе вот что удалось ощутить"

"Удобное бронирование. Расположение очень удачное, рядом торговый центр Хуафу, пешеходная улица, в 5 минутах ходьбы набережная. В гостинице есть Wi Fi, в номерах чайник , вода , кофе , чай. Полотенца меняли каждый день, одноразовые принадлежности тоже. Удобная кровать, спасибо, выспалась.Вкусный завтрак. Единственное в номере желательно сделать небольшой косметический ремонт."

"Останавливались здесь на три ночи с семьей, ничего плохого сказать не могу, только положительные эмоции. Расположение просто отличное, за углом ТЦ в номере полностью всё как в описании, самой хозяйки не застали, но она с нами пообщалась по телефону-даже презент нам сделала в виде пива в подарок! Вайфай работал, в номере было очень тепло. Номера большие, кровати удобные. Обязательно буду рекомендовать! Были двумя семьями в 3-х и 4-х местных."

"Good hotel for staying a few nights. Service level is good, just ask for whatever you need. Room is quite warm and big. Two free water bottles in the bathroom, the rest in the room is paid. Cleaning depended on the day, no new free water was given. Supermarket across the street that opens till late and almost all attractions are in walkable distance. ”Hot Springs” cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm."

"Small hotel nicely located in front of a busy street where shopping, restaurants and street food are minutes from the hotel. The inside of the hotel and rooms looked refurbished and new. Room was very clean when we xhecked in but housekeepng throughout our stay could have been better. Our tea cups, after use, were not washed and placed back in their position. Floor mat was missing during one of the day. Hand soap dispenser was not working and although we took off the top of the dispenser to indicate, the housekeeper did nothing and so, we were not able to dispense soap throughout our stay. Hotel breakfast buffet was a local affair and while not exeptional, was tasty.The front desk staff wete polite, patent and provided good service. The Embankment of the Amur River was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and a place worth visiting for a nice casual stroil at the waterfront. As an overall, it was good for money but housekeeping could be better."
