The housekeeping staff were very polite, and when we discovered we had left something behind after check-out, the hotel quickly helped us find and return it – a heartwarming and professional gesture! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including freshly made morning tea, Western desserts, and complimentary fruit, all of which were to our liking. The swimming pool water was clean and clear, and the children had a great time! Everyone was very satisfied! We will definitely choose Century Grand Hotel again next time!"

"Century Hotel, a long-established brand in Heping County, is undoubtedly a benchmark for luxury in the county! Compared to other local hotels, the quality is on a completely different level—Century Hotel boasts carpets, a standard feature in five-star hotels across China, which feel incredibly comfortable underfoot, unlike most hotels in the county that lack even basic amenities. The most surprising thing is the value for money; it's built to five-star standards but priced like a two- or three-star hotel! In the past two days, the temperature suddenly dropped to 7-8℃, feeling like 3-4℃, and I couldn't feel the chill outside at all inside the room. In contrast, my friend stayed at a domestic chain hotel next door, where there was no heating and no extra blankets, making it too cold to sleep. The rooms at Century Hotel offer expansive city views and even include a bathtub (though I didn't use it, it added a touch of luxury). I stayed in a family room on the 20th-floor executive building, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. Once you've stayed there, you'll understand why it's a symbol of Heping."
