"For our last two nights in Honolulu, we switched to Prince Waikiki because my daughter was scared of the pigeons constantly visiting our Hilton balcony. While this Japanese-style hotel doesn't have a resort vibe, it's quite comfortable, and the yacht club view from the window offers a different kind of scenery. On the first night, we found the hairdryer was broken, but thankfully, they were quick to respond. The hotel elevators are a bit slow, but parking is convenient at $1/hour on the street outside, which is much cheaper than the hotel's parking."

"I originally booked for two nights, but unexpectedly, there was a power outage, and the air conditioning was off all day. They gave us a few glow sticks, but that didn't help at all. And why is the elevator so loud?! My room was directly facing the elevator, and I kept hearing its constant humming. The hotel didn't provide slippers, and if you needed water, you had to go to the first floor to exchange a water card for it."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Hawaii. Because the international flight arrived relatively early, I checked in at the front desk at about 11 o'clock. I met an extremely mean and ****** Asian female front desk. She rolled her eyes and told us that we could only check in at least 3 pm (it doesn't take that long in all four seasons), and her attitude was extremely disdainful. Because I took an eight or nine-hour flight, I really wanted to use the spa to take a shower, but the front desk said there was no locker room available. When I went upstairs, it looked like a public toilet, worse than a university dormitory room, and it was very dirty and disgusting. I gave up and waited until we fell asleep in the hotel lobby, and they didn't notify us that the room was ready. At 2:55 pm, I went to ask if the room was ready. The Asian female front desk rolled her eyes and said, "Sorry, there are still 5 minutes before 3 o'clock." I was very angry and was about to complain, but she said she would check it out, and then came out with the key. I don't believe it was not intentional. The room facilities are extremely simple. The overall hygiene is very dirty (there was oil on the floor of the elevator once), and the large reclining sofa is also dirty and disgusting. In short, I will never come again. Just for reference. I suspect the good reviews are fake. Hygiene: very dirty and disgusting Environment: simple Service: extremely poor, bad, discriminatory"

"Detta hotell ligger bakom den lyxiga raden.Det är bekvämt för stranden och även butiker och barer.Rummet var stort, sängen var bekvämt.Balkonen är ganska liten.Allt i allt är rent.Det finns ett gym på plats, men poolen är liten. Frontbordsservice är effektiv och vänlig.De ger kompletterande kaffe och te på morgonen.De ger också kompletterande strandhanddukar."

"I highly recommend this hotel. Considering the price, I was extremely satisfied with everything except the age of the building. I stayed here for several consecutive nights on a business trip, and the front desk staff were always friendly and welcoming. Although the rooms are a bit dated, they were very clean, and the housekeeping service—including bed-making and towel replacement—was impeccable. My stay was comfortable every single day. For this price, the location and level of hospitality were outstanding. I was genuinely impressed. There was complimentary coffee available at the front desk, and although the smoking area was nearby, there was absolutely no smell in the hotel. As a smoker, I really appreciated that. The room came with four soft pillows, and the shower worked perfectly fine. There were also plenty of souvenirs available, which made me wonder how they can offer all of this at such a reasonable price. Now for a little rant. I accidentally packed a jar of jam that the hotel staff had kindly given me in my carry-on luggage at the airport. A particularly unpleasant security officer confiscated it, saying that gel-like substances were not allowed. All I can do is hope that person didn’t end up helping themselves to it. The hotel was flawless. My only grievance is with the guy at the airport security checkpoint. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next business trip."

"The hotel is great, especially the thorough and fun cleaning service, which even includes dishwashing daily. The dryer was a bit dirty, but the washing machine worked well, and the sunny balcony was perfect for drying clothes, making it ideal for a vacation. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a handheld steamer, which made ironing very convenient. The hotel also lends out sun umbrellas and beach chairs, but the quality isn't great – a strong wind could easily blow the umbrella away. Free coffee is available on the first floor before 9:30 AM, and you can buy onigiri just a short walk away. The only thing to watch out for are two of the female front desk staff – one named Rachel and another who looks somewhat Chinese – they are quite mean. I'd recommend seeking out the male staff for easier communication."

"The room was tiny! And the bathroom was even smaller! Definitely not suitable for a family with children. Check-in took forever, with long queues, and the front desk staff were quite unhelpful. They gave me a different room than the one I booked and kept insisting it was correct, even after I questioned them repeatedly. In the end, I had to pay extra to get the room I actually booked. Breakfast was even worse! You have to register first, then wait in line for your number to be called, which takes about 10-15 minutes before you can even eat!"
