"The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb.
However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section.
However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super.
Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!"

"I stayed at Ginger Indore and had a comfortable experience overall. The rooms were a little small, but they were neat and well-kept. The breakfast was very tasty with good options to choose from.
The hotel also provides smoking rooms, which can be convenient for those who need them. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, making the stay smooth and stress-free. The location is in a nice area, with easy access to the city.
