"I was traveling with my daughter. The room we had booked hadn't been cleaned due to a cleaning staff error, but when we informed the front desk, they upgraded us to a better room. We were also allowed to use the parking lot before check-in, and the front desk staff provided excellent service, making our stay very pleasant. The hotel was very clean, and we would definitely like to stay there again."
