"It was terrible, the service at check in, the woman at the reception was rude, rude, there was no light to walk at night from the rooms to the reception or to go to the beach, you had to turn on your cell phone flashlight to avoid falling on the bridges that pass overhead of a stinky mangrove because there is no protection on the sides, there is no way to enter the dirty beach, the swimming pool only opened after 10:00 and closed at 8:00 pm, and there was no light, it was also dark. Nothing in favor of the guest, all benefits only for the hotel. I will never go back and I don't recommend it either. If you're looking for comfort, eating well, don't fall for this because it's just regret and wasted money. Everything is very expensive, 0 in comfort, 0 in guest service, 0 in cleanliness."

"If you love chocolate (or even if you don’t), this stay is heaven, from the chocolate tasting on arrival, cacao-inspired menu, views from the rooftop restaurant, lush grounds, and just the attention from the staff. Everyone is so on point, friendly, helpful, and truly out to make your stay the best it could possibly be. It was hard to trar myself away from this Itacare gem. The room is also very cozy with a balcony, smart TV, and AC. The views of forest and ocean in the distance made this feel like a little tucked away treehouse. Highly recommend!"

"Hotellet är väl beläget, nära centrum och restauranger. Rum med bra storlek och en balkong som har en vardagsrum (Jag tyckte att det var mycket bra). Luftkonditionering fungerade mycket bra! Badrummet är litet, kan vara lite större med en bra dusch. Nu frukost är spektakulär! Med flera alternativ av frukt, juice, kakor (en bättre än den andra), ost, kuk (inte tro), yoghurt (hemma), ostbröd och bröd. Tapioka och ägg gjort på timmen! Utan personalens uppmärksamhet som alla var mycket trevliga!"
