"The hotel is very quiet and in a great location to enjoy all the local attractions. The staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are excellent and very clean and the restaurant has a great verity of food to suit your tastes. I would recommend staying here on your trip to Kaifeng."

"Excellent location that is just beside the Drum Tower. From the open garden at level 4, you can also get a great birdeye view of the Drum Tower. In the evening, street vendors filled up the areas surrounding the hotel and you will be spoil for choice of food. Reception is very polite and warm, and allowed us to have a 2 hours late checkout before our flight. We were also given a small memento of chrysanthemum tea and peanuts at check out."

"For some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good."

"Super cute lobby, clean hotel, accommodating staff who upgraded me for free to a suite. I had requested a non-smoking room, unfortunately the first room had a strong lingering odour, the upgrade was perfect though! Nice size, very comfortable bed, and a view of the garden. Breakfast was standard and a little disappointing, not many western dishes, however it was what I was expecting. Great location, many restaurants nearby and a 15 minute walk to the night market. Great one night stay."

"Location is near to attraction (wansuishan) but not adviseable to walk since it will be a long day walking
Hotel Entrance is on a small street and tend to have traffic congestion due to the illegal parking
Reception are friendly and helpful to a certain extend.
Got free breakfast from member signup but the spread is disappointing . Went at 9am and most of the beverages are depleted. Instead of topping up, the staff tilt the dispenser for more beverages. The only meal item in the breakfast is just the mini hotdog
Rooms is quite spacious, with separate bath and toilet. Lights switch is a mess with the bedside switch working on and off. Digital bidet is not working. Hot water is limited. Waited 5 mins for hot water and then halfway thru, the hot water ceases. Only 3 tv channel with no digital app available. Air ventilation quite bad as we can smell the smoke in our room. Althought there is a non smoking sign in the lobby, ppl are just ignoring thd sign. Direction to the laundry is not clear."

"Very close to attraction, right next to Gulou night market. Hotels are clean, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The only concern is they gave us a smoking room as we had reserved a non-smoking room, they swapped rooms for us immediately. The hotel has washing machines for residents free to use.
Overall, very impressive for the service and good quality, clean room"

"Pleasant front staff, able to communicate in basic English, gave late check-out, highly appreciated. Room was big, bed and pillows super comfortable, good size shower, nice service with cookie on arrival, snack gift box, fruit and evening soup. Breakfast was extensive and enjoyable. Hotel location is great for visiting the museum across from it, but tbf, there’s nothing else around the hotel, no shops or restaurants which was disappointing. The Wanda Plaza mall is a short 5 minute drive. About 30 minutes to get to Millennium Park area. Overall a lovely one night stay."
