"The room wasn't very big, and the breakfast offered the usual basics to fill you up. The front desk service was good, and parking was convenient. There aren't many shopping or dining options nearby, but then again, it's just a small town. This location is quite convenient for getting around, not too far from several national parks."

"I had a pleasant stay with some notable positives and a few areas for improvement. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from handling special requests before check-in to being attentive to allergies. Their genuine kindness made a real difference, and I was really impressed with their service. The room was comfortable, and I had no issues sleeping—though I did need earplugs to get a full night's rest. The bed was on the firm side, which some might like, and the pillows were great. There were a couple of small things that could use attention. The bathroom sink didn't have a stopper, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the refrigerator was quite small; it would've been nice if it were larger to store more items. The Wi-Fi was disappointing, with poor signal in the room and subpar public hotel internet. The breakfast offerings were decent but very much the typical processed fare—scrambled eggs seemed like they were from a mix, not fresh cracked. However, I did appreciate the bananas and nuts/seeds, which were a nice touch. Overall, I’d rate this hotel a 4 out of 5 for this type of property. While there were some areas to improve, the excellent staff and overall comfort made for a pleasant experience."
