"Номер не большой, но чистый, всё необходимое имеется, чайник, фен, мини холодник, телевизор, правда не пользовались, т. к. не знаем языка. На ресепшене без знания языка вполне быстро и понятно заселились, персонал вежливый, на жестах всё объяснили. Плюсом к месту - рядом зират банк, очень удобно."

"What you pay is what you get. The price is cheap and the location is good. So for the price I wouldn't complain much to ask for more amenities. Staff was friendly and they also can arrange for a day tour to Ani ruin and Lake Cildir(is a local group tour so everything is in Turkish. take it as like a transport arrangement.) If you would like to have tea you can get it at reception. They do not have an elevator. The highest is the 4th floor."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very central, which made it easy to get everywhere. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They were always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. The complimentary treats and the breakfast were excellent, everything was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Отель уже ”уставший”, что заметно по отделке и обстановке. Дали номер с двуспальной кроватью, хотя бронировали с 2я односпальными. И один комплект полотенец на 2 человека)) В остальном - чисто и недорого. Хорошие завтраки. Бронировали как транзитный, на одну ночь, так что недочёты особо не напрягли."

"Adequate but overpriced at $80 per night. Stayed while on a motorcycle trip. Was able to park bikes in an area of the street. Carpets in the hotel were very dirty. Room smelled like smoke. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was above average. Good location."

"Отель в целом неплохой. Но комната для двоих взрослых очень тесная. Фактически это одноместный номер, в который поставили вторую дополнительную раскладушку, как в больнице. Т.е. персонал отеля считает, что взрослый человек в отпуске, оплатив хороший номер, вполне может обойтись дополнительным местом возле двери в ванную, в которую, кстати, пройти невозможно из-за той же кровати. Неприятная ситуация с отвратительным обслуживанием на завтраке. Приходится почти целый час ждать неполноценного завтрака, чая. Было очень неприятно наблюдать как на вас пытаются экономить."

"Everything here was wonderful -- the room was remarkably warm for the weather (about 0-3 degrees celsius when I was there), but the warmest of all was the lovely sister Deniz, who gave me a welcome that would thaw a winter. I arrived close to 10pm, and she gave me a generous hug, along with bread and jam and cheese. My room was spacious, the bathroom almost absurdly large, and the bed so comfortable... I slept so well every evening. Sister Deniz also set out a wonderful breakfast spread, with the enthusiastic company of the dogs she has rescued. She is doing many wonderful things for both people and animals in her community, and her home is so lovely -- please stay here if you go to Kars! You don't even have to plan anything -- Deniz helped me arrange everything with a driver to see the Ani ruins and Lake Çıldır for a very reasonable price. Don't contact other guides! I wish I'd taken photos of the house, but please see the photos of things that are nearby -- Kars Castle and cafes are all within 10 minutes' walking distance, and the airport can be reached within 15-20 minutes by car. I loved every moment of my time here, and recommend this to anyone interested in going to Kars!"

"L’hôtel est parfaitement situé au bord de la rivière, au calme, tout en étant proche du centre ville. Les chambres sont propres et le petit déjeuner copieux. Le personnel est aimable. La connection internet est mauvaise dans la chambre 210 qui doit être trop éloignée du modem. Il n’y a pas de service de repas ni de vente d’alcool mais vous pouvez commander ou ramener de l’extérieur. Des brochures sur les sites à visiter aux alentours seraient les bienvenues au lobby. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable malgré ces petits manques."
