"Det är bara tre minuters bussresa från närmaste station, men det finns inte många ställen att äta middag på om man inte tar bussen. Hotellets restaurang serverar rätter och är lite dyr, så det hade varit trevligt om det fanns en restaurang inom gångavstånd. Hotellet var rent, och loungen, som var tillgänglig före incheckningen, var lite varm eftersom den var utsatt för solen, men det var en välkommen service för affärsresenärer."

"Amazing yet cramped space. The room size was very small, however very close to train station which was an advantage for us. Next to Donki if people are interested. Definitely would come again"

"Location: Great as it's near to Kashiwanoha-Campus Station and Lalaport (shopping mall). Surroundings was quiet and near to many amenities. Parking: Hotel offers subsidised parking rates at JPY 1,000 at a multi-storey car park nearby, but the drop-off point (for large lugagges) is not easy to locate. Service: Great and professional Hotel amenities: Great, nothing to complain about as there's hot sauna, gym and laundromat within. Room cleanliness: This was disappointing as there was a strong ammonia smell (pee) when you enter the room. Despite the hotel staff graciously changing the room, the other room had a slight ammonia smell which would be ”removed” / diffused if you switch the air con and air filter machine on. I hope the hotel tries to fix this as this was the only disappointing factor."

"I stayed here for the purpose of visiting my son who lives in Kashiwa. Compared to the nearby Toyoko Inn, the room was a little bigger, so I was able to open two trunks. The only regret was that breakfast was separate and there was no coin laundry, but it was close to the train station, department store, and convenience store, so there were more advantages."

"It was pretty cheap as it was far away from Tokyo, about a one-hour trip. But the decor was amazing, but not in your room. Although the room lacked decoration, it was still very spacious. I liked it."

"I inadvertently went to Toyoko Inn Kashiwa Eki Nishi Guchi because a security guard at the West Bus Terminal pointed me in that direction. I was delighted to find a Toyoko Inn, with my luggages trundling along the path, amidst the cold weather. Alas, I discovered it to be the wrong one. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and hospitable to myself, a weary traveller. They allowed me to leave the larger luggage in the lobby and to retrieve it later, while I went in search of my hotel, Toyoko Inn Kashiwa Eki Higashi Guchi, located on the east side. Unfortunately, there are no shuttle services between the sister hotels. The staff at this hotel were warm and friendly, greeting you in Japanese with “Have A Nice Day” upon leaving and “Welcome Back,” upon returning. Each guest is expected to place towels outside his/her room, with fresh ones provided in a bag on the door handle, later in the day. The room would be made up on the fourth night. Breakfast was an array of noodles, rice, salad, soup, bread rolls, and natte (a healthy source of vitamin K2) - a different & healthier palate for a change. The staff at the breakfast counter would also greet you, much to my amazement! I would have loved to have visited Akeboyonama Agriculture Park, if the hotel were to offer such trips."

"Everything about my stay was great—the location, the breakfast, and especially the public Japanese-style bath. I also appreciated that the hotel is environmentally conscious, with room cleaning only once every three days. However, one thing I was disappointed with was that they didn’t provide drinking water in the room. I believe it should be a standard offering for all room types, regardless of what you’ve booked."
