This level of hospitality truly reflects the high standards of Vivanta. I highly recommend Vivanta Katra to anyone visiting Mata Vaishno Devi. If you’re looking for luxury, cleanliness, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality, this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay. "The hotel was in a good location. They provided transport until the ban Ganga for way to Vaishno devi temple. Staff was helpful. Amenities were as expected. Service was a bit slow, and the facility was a bit poorly maintained. For example, bathroom tap and towel rack were loose fitted as we kept towels on the rack it fell off, and all the clothes were wet and dirty . The breakfast buffet was a good options and taste was just good enough. Overall, it's good for staying 2 days."

Möbler och atmosfär var mycket snygg.Bädd och säng måste ersättas snart (förmodligen alla över 20 år, och det visar/luftar!).Hela stället behöver en renovering och en ansiktslyft för att uppfylla Radisson-standarderna. Tills dess är det ett 2- eller 3-star hotell på bästa sätt.Inget är nära 4-star och 5-star ut till frågan."

"Amazing staff is so approachable 🤌🏻 humble and kind the night shift guy on 29sep hi literally put his all effort to make us comfortable we checkout 1pm noon they didn’t say anything we informed then we are tired please let us stay for a while extra i not sure how they serve during peak but this was my ultimate stay with them the hotel name has been changes to double check when you booked yes free drop off pick up today we has pick up at bann ganga im not sure who’s duty was there by the time but he doesn’t get much help for us just say take auto come the driver is not around except the night guy came back morning he booked a auto for us to go he pay himself thanq so much for you kindness bro 100 rupees is doesn’t matter but he handle the situation smartly thanks once again to The property staff"
