"We booked and paid prior to arrival. I reserved a room with 2kings and there would be four in the room. We were told we had a room with pool view. We did not. The bathroom door when closed afforded a view of toilet & anyone sitting on it. We had to use bar soap which is gross."

"The room size is OK. The hotel is close to the light rail. I don't know if it's the air conditioner fan or something else. The room has a loud fan noise from time to time. It's a bit cold. The front desk service is a bit indifferent. The room facilities have the same problem a few times, so I think it's OK to fix it. No apology."

"The check in procedure was simple and quick. Front desk staff was friendly. Shuttle was on time (every half an hour I think). I was so grateful my suite was ready way ahead of advertised check in time, it was nice being able to rest up in the big suite before a busy day! The suite was simple and spacious and fits my needs. Will come back for sure!"

"Hotellet var bra, men avståndet från himmelbron är lite bedrägligt eftersom himmelbron är så lång, men showservicen var fantastisk, Vissa av de faciliteter som jag skulle ha gillat att ha sett var tandborste, tandpasta, handsap, Restaurangen var ren och såg söt ut.Maten var dock överpris.Det finns ingen information om var ismaskinerna var inne.Rummet är på TV."

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable Room

"We had a decent stay at the house. The room is pretty small but it is clean. The common area are nice with dinner table and chairs, but only have 1 living room chair. Kitchen is nice and clean, unfortunately, there were some issues with ants in the kitchen. The major issue with the house is the noise.. as the wall are very thin which when any other guest walking in the common area or talking in their rooms, you pretty much can hear everything. The common area lights are motion sensitive and unfortunately the door gap in our room are bigger than normal, as anyone walks in the hallway, our door frames would lights up at night and wake me up at night. We didn't get too good of a sleep/rest for this reason."

"Even though reviews toward this guest house, which were shown in Google, are rather low, I am satisfied with overall features in the house. Especially if you like using public transportation such as buses and trains in Seattle, the location of the house is rather good. It only takes 10-20 minutes from the house to downtown in Seattle. Also, though the size of the room is rather small, but also it was also enough to sleep. However, the drawback in the house is that you can hear the noises from the other rooms. If you are super-sensitive to hearing noises, then I wouldn't recommend the place. However, if you are not sensitive to it, then probably it would be fine."
