"If you're looking for a seamless transit stay in Kunming, this hotel is an absolute gem for travelers. The airport pickup and drop-off service is easily the standout feature—it’s punctual, professional, and takes all the stress out of navigating a layover. I was lucky enough to stay on the 8th floor, and the room was ”super duper” nice; it felt modern, incredibly clean, and offered a high-end atmosphere that made for a perfect resting spot. For the quality and convenience you get, the price point is spot on, making it the best value-for-money option in the area. It turned a quick transit into a highlight of my trip, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone needing a reliable, comfortable base near the airport."

"We literally walked into a “time travel” place back to ancient house equipped with modern facilities, the host was extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful too, they led and help us with our luggage from where were dropped off by Didi driver the nearest point before the pedestrian street of the ancient town starts. The hotel is located with the ancient town and a short walk from the famous 金馬Square at where modern buzzing commercial centres located in Kunming. Good place to stay for the experience of an ancient “house” with good breakfast, facilities and friendly host."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, situated on a main road and at a major intersection, making it easy to find. It is also close to the MRT station, which makes transportation very accessible. However, halal restaurants are a bit far from the hotel.
The price is very affordable and suitable for backpackers who are looking for budget-friendly accommodation.
The receptionists do not speak English, but they are available 24 hours a day. Despite the language barrier, they are very communicative, friendly, and always willing to help.
The room is not very large, but it is spacious enough and comfortable. It has two beds, including one queen-size bed, so one room can accommodate up to four people.
Overall, it is a good choice for budget travelers who prioritize location and value for money."

"Service was excellent as staff at Reception counter is able to understand English. Good customer attributes and with smiling and dedicated services. Even help me to fix problem on the coffee dispenser provided with compliments beside the reception counter. Location is strategic and near to Kunming. Room is extremely big and price is reasonable. "Amazing location, really convenient for all the places we planned to visit around Kunming.
Also had friendly & helpful staff who brought our luggages up to our room (as theres no lift) and also brought it all the way to the place where our didi was picking us up from.
Their lobby was amazing and breakfast (crossing bridge noodles) was delicious.
Fiance really loved the place. Definitely would return."

"Very nice hotel, with good location. Walking distance to the railway station. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of Chinese food, cereal, breads and fried food. Definitely the best breakfast I had in china. They also have a robot that sends your food delivery to you, which was cool.
The lady at the counter was also very nice and helpful. I didn't have a local phone number so I couldn't order food delivery, so she helped to order the food using her phone. And somehow I couldn't transfer so I had to use cash, but she didn't have any change so she paid the extra 2.80yuan.
Really appreciate their service, top notch."

"I had a wonderful stay at Grand Park Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Green Lake with its relaxing and beautiful surroundings. The service was truly excellent, and the healthy breakfast options were a great way to start the day. My room was clean and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable.

"Hotel location is very good, closed to both old town street and Nanping pedestrain street. To find the hotel entrance, we have to walk around to the back of the building. the hotel is next to another hotel (Four Points by Sheraton). That area is also pick-up/drop-off point, which is very convenient to ride taxi/Didi. The hotel The room is quite clean and sufficient amenities . Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. We have good rest. As the hotel pillow was so comfortable, and helped us sleep very well after come back from the high attitude zones (Shangri-la, we made space in our suitcase and bought a pillow to take home."
