Hotellet är också nära flera bra ätalternativ, liksom 24/7 hörnbutiker som 7-Eleven.Hotellets personal var mycket vänlig och internetanslutningen var stark nog för streaming och live online-möten. Jag rekommenderar hotellet i allmänhet och skulle inte vara så illa om vi stannar här igen.Kom ihåg, detta är mer i linje för budgetmedvetna människor som letar efter en snabb plats att bo som är säker och ren. Det erbjuder inte tjänsterna för fler premiumhotell på ön, såsom frukost eller pool."

"I’m currently enjoying my stay at AIFA Hotel. At first glance, it does look like an older property, but everything has been good so far. I was assigned Room 713, a Deluxe Queen Room. One downside, however, is the hallway on the way from the lift to the room. it has an unpleasant odor, which I believe is coming from the carpet. Once inside, the room itself is spacious and impressive. I really like the bathroom, the shower works well, and the large bed is soft and extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the buffet-style breakfast was a letdown. The selection was limited, and most items were served barely warm. I didn’t enjoy it at all, and I think this is an area the hotel really needs to improve. Overall, it’s a nice room but with a poor breakfast experience. That leaves me 50–50 on whether I’d return. I might come back for the room and convenient location, but I’ll definitely skip the breakfast next time."

"The location is convenient and the facilities are generally good. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The property was mentioned by owner as having 4 rooms, but one of the rooms was being used as a storeroom, leaving only 3 usable rooms. The biggest disappointment was the extremely low water pressure. Showering was quite difficult and uncomfortable due to the weak water flow. Overall, the place has good potential because of its location and facilities, but the room arrangement and water pressure issues need improvement to provide a better guest experience."

"Stayed at Hotel Seroja and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for small families looking for a comfortable stay. One thing I really appreciated was the hospitality—there are many Filipino staff, which made the service feel warmer and more welcoming 🤍 The only downside is the location. It’s quite far from some main spots, especially if it’s your first time in Labuan, so getting around might be a bit of a challenge. Overall, a good and cozy stay—just plan your transport ahead!"
