"真心要給喬治莫蘭迪酒店的服務和細節點個大大的贊！預訂時備註了需要安靜的房間，到店後發現被安排在高樓層的靜謐區域，完全滿足了我的需求。房間裏的小設計特別戳人：床頭的USB充電口、可調節亮度的枱燈、床邊的防滑拖鞋，甚至連窗簾都是電動的，處處體現着人性化。某天晚上身體略有不適，致電前台説明情況後，工作人員很快送來了熱水和常備葯品，還貼心詢問是否需要其他幫助，這份温暖讓人倍感安心。酒店的保潔阿姨也十分負責，每天都會細緻打掃房間，補充洗漱用品，還會把凌亂的衣物疊放整齊。離店時不小心將充電寶遺落在房間，聯繫酒店後，工作人員不僅幫忙妥善保管，還主動協助快遞寄回，全程高效又貼心。這樣有温度的酒店，值得反覆光顧！"
