"Well located next to the train station. Check in time a little weird at 4pm but is fine if you arrive late in town. The attractions are all on top of the hill about 20 mins walk from the hotel. The staffs are very friendly. Rooms are well allocated and size is alright."

"Vi älskar denna Ibis.Lätt att hitta från A26.Stor på platsen restaurang som serverar inga meningslösa mat till ett rimligt pris.Rummen är en generös storlek och ren.Generellt trevlig personal. Bara gripa detta besök.Några grundläggande objekt på frukostbuffet hade sprang ut kl. 8.30.Inga baguetter, inga croissanter.Bacon och skratta ägg var borta. Vi bad personalen om ersättningar, men de sa bara att det hade gått och att de inte verkar oroa sig för det.Vi hade beställt frukost i förväg och var mycket besvikna.Kanske hade några tidigare kunder varit mycket hungriga? Eller kanske några kunder som inte hade betalat för frukost hjälpte sig själva?"

"If you come to Laon, know that there is a hotel so horrible that I don't even want to use it as a prison. • The air conditioning is too loud. • A really hard mattress, the floor would be better. • A dripping noise coming from the room on the other side... • Lack of washing products. • A view that will make you argue if you come as a couple... • Only one socket... • A smell of cold tobacco that smells in the room. How can a hotel like this still exist? Really go elsewhere. Positive point: the copious breakfast at the Kyriad Express and the very professional welcome from the employees."

"A delightfully charming and old fashioned hotel, in the most charming, historic town. We spent the night there en route for the Channel Tunnel - very comfortable beds with well equipped bathrooms, and a delicious breakfast - and a very welcoming host (plus parking). Laon is well worth exploring (the cathedral is staggering) - we only had 1.5 hours in the morning before we had to set off for our train, but could have spent half a day-a whole day there. We will return."

"Comfortable, characterful room at a moderate price. Extremely helpful and welcoming reception staff. Sited in the centre of Laon’s old town with free parking nearby. Only drawback was there is no air-conditioning in the room we stayed in, though we didn’t need it as the temperature was cool for the time of year."
