"Generally ok and I did extend my trip a couple of days. The food was good and the entertainment team were great. The front desk however are a bit full of themselves. When I arrived at 14h30 they told me the room would be ready by 15h15. When I went back at 15h30 they said 16h30… it was because they were still painting it! When I went in the room I lent against the wall and got covered in paint. I contacted the front desk who seemed very inconvenienced by the issue and said ‘I suppose you will want to change room’. Well yes… did they offer to help me clean off the paint, move my luggage to the new room, bring the new keys to me? No No No - had to do it all myself. So service recovery skills there non existent. They also messed up the new keys when I extended the stay so I had to go back. There is a club area on the beach but it is so badly signposted that people would drift in there and sit down and then get into a fight (literally) with the club guests. The signage needs to be made a lot clearer. I don’t really want to listen to that on my vacation and I expect people who go in there by accident want to be humiliated either. But I did like the hotel and particularly the beach was great for swimming."

"The room is quite big, and the double bed room is much more comfortable than the twin room. But the hotel is older and the facilities are older. The air conditioner can only cool but not heat. It happened to be very cold during those days, which was very uncomfortable. In addition, the hotel can store it for a long time, which is very convenient, so I stay there all the time."

"Bra plats. Det är bra för receptionspersonalen, men de som arbetar på strandrestaurangen gör det med mycket parsimon, långsamhet och förakt. Man måste be dem att ta hand om dig eller förbereda saker för att de aldrig hade något redo. Frukost inkluderades (se bild), men det var mycket grundläggande och utan någon sort. Priser på dyra restauranger och även massage (€60/hora). Vi hade inte WiFi, badrummet var fast, men det var inte lika bra. Moskvaxarna var trasiga och moskarna kom in. Hotellet är vackert och rummen är stora, men det var så många saker som inte var bra att jag kom ut med en smak av jordgubbssmak med bittert rör."
