"Everyone in the casino and hotel was very friendly and helpful. Who was clean and they even had night swimming from 9 to 11 PM. We enjoyed I had a lot of fun playing the Kong machine in particular. Great spot to stay on the river."

"The hotel is very nice as we have stayed there before. The only complaint I have is we booked a deluxe king East River view room. They put us in a deluxe West view that overlooked the pool. I didn't put up a fuss over it as the pool view was also nice to look at. Otherwise the casino floor has lots of choices and bar service was efficient. We enjoyed our stay and the pool time every morning. The pool wasn't heated though so feet in the pool was about it."

"Went there on a weekend getaway and my wife and I enjoyed it. Although our room was a smoking room it wasn’t that bad. The room was clean for the most part but the water pressure was a little low. If you plan on visiting the other******** I recommend getting the all day pass on the water taxi, $5 a trip can add up pretty quick so $25 for a day pass isn’t that bad plus you’re allowed to carry your drink onboard. Pool isn’t that big but being allowed to have your drinks pool side (no glass bottles) was a plus for us. We visited the other******** and Edgewater was by far the cleanest*casino (in our opinion from our experience). Everyone seemed friendly, from the staff to other guest. My wife and I had a great time at the bar we even made a few friends. We’re re already planning our next trip to Laughlin and we are definitely staying here again."

"Traveled with family for the holiday and they were able to get us 2 rooms on the same floor. Room looks like it had been renovated. If you don't like noise, make sure to ask for room away from the elevator. If you want your room clean, you have to call in advance and let them know."

"IT WAS A NICE STAY UNTIL I HAD A LOVELY 7:30AM WAKE-UP CALL BY VERY LOUD CONSTRUCTION NEXT TO MY ROOM INSIDE THE HOTEL. I NEEDED GOOD SLEEP FOR A BIG HIKE AND INSTEAD, I WAS SLEEP DEPRIVED AND JOLTED AWAKE, THINKING THERE WAS AN EARTHQUAKE. ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION BY THE HOTEL TO LET ME AND PERHAPS OTHERS KNOW OF THIS. I GUESS NO ONE WOULD BOOK A ROOM IF THEY WERE PRE-WARNED. I WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN."

"always a spectacular getaway at the New Pioneer Hotel and CASINO. The food is great, the atmosphere is excellent, and the staff is super friendly. Although, there may be more popular locations to stay at in Laughlin, this location is our favorite because they're so welcoming and kind to us each and every time we've visited which means a lot. "This confirmation was for a central tower room. At check-in, we got placed in North Tower... With a nice view of the parking lot. Elevators are old, slow, and can be a wait. But gift shop, restraunts, and the river front location were good."

"The service was great and everyone was friendly. Things were a bit pricey, and the location is very off grid from everywhere else so there isn’t much choice but to pay crazy prices. Downfall was going during the week, most of the good dining places were closed. The room was okay, the beds were pretty stiff, throughout our 3 days they couldn’t offer ANY extra blankets, only extra sheets. The tv in our two rooms had terrible reception, more than half the channels barely came in, in pieces and staticky. The aC worked great in the room. The arcade was good price and the kids loved that. The pool was awesome too."
