De försökte inte ringa oss eller skicka e-post till någon av oss för att få oss att veta att de behövde denna information innan avbokningen.De hade redan bokat våra rum.😖 Detta är inte acceptabelt, de var ganska obehagliga och oövervägda.De är inte tillförlitliga"

Vår värd, Franzy, meddelade oss att alla gator skulle stängas vid vår ankomst till Lecce.Han var snäll nog att träffa oss vid tågstationen och leda oss in till sitt stadshus.Det ligger i den första platsen i Lecce Old Town på Piazza Sant’Oronzo. Det är en ren rymlig lägenhet.En trevlig frukost tillhandahålls vid den tidpunkt som begärdes dagen innan.Vi kan rekommendera Casa dei Mercanti under din vistelse i Lecce."

"Jag tillbringade fyra nätter här med min fru, och det var en fantastisk upplevelse!Vårt rum var ganska stort, med ett rymligt badrum och garderobe.Sängen var mycket bekväm, och allt var rent, med massor av handdukar och badrumstillbehör tillgängligt. Rummet och den omgivande gatan var mycket tysta, så vi hörde ingen buller från grannar eller trafik, vilket gjorde att vi kunde sova bra och avkoppla oss helt.Värdnaren var otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam! Jag lämnade min bärbara dator efter mig, men han var snäll nog att hjälpa mig och skickade tillbaka den.Han var verkligen ärlig och mycket snäll, och jag är verkligen tacksam för hans hjälp! Processen med självkontroll var också mycket enkel och bekväm, särskilt sedan vi kom sent på vår första dag.Platsen är fantastisk37413; 28138; mycket central med många restauranger, barer och butiker inom en kort promenad 5-10 minut. Det är också lätt att nå med bil, beläget precis vid ingången till den begränsade trafikzonen (ZTL), som icke-lokaler inte kan komma åt.Vi parkerade på gatan nära, bara hålla ett öga på de blå linjerna för offentlig parkering och köpa en biljett från maskinen. Jag rekommenderar helhjärtat denna plats och skulle definitivt stanna här igen!Fem stjärnor!"

"Excellent location in the center, well-kept and clean accommodation, with two bedrooms, one double and one single. The only flaw is that to get to the bathroom you have to go through the second room. The morning cleaning was good but without warning and therefore can be intrusive. Otherwise we had a really good time and the house was complete with everything and good prices."

"I stayed in Lecce from Japan. This B&B is easily accessible from the station and is the perfect place to stay for sightseeing in the beautiful city of Lecce! This time, I was touched by the personality and kindness of the owner, Francesco, and I also got to talk to and become friends with a friendly couple who were staying in another room. It was a heartwarming B&B. When we said our final goodbyes, I hugged Francesco and swore I'd never forget the kindness of the people of Lecce. It was an experience that made me never want to leave the city, so I highly recommend it!!"

"We spent four nights at the Palazzo Paisiello in Lecce and unfortunately had only an average experience. + Very tastefully furnished, newly renovated hotel + Very centrally located + Very comfortable beds and a spacious room with all amenities + Free tea and coffee are available in the lobby at any time + Beatrice is very helpful and friendly. Always reachable and happy to help with things like restaurant reservations, excursion tips, etc. Unfortunately, the following points stood out negatively: - The rooms are very noisy, especially the noise from the street caused by rowdy teenagers on weekends, making it impossible to get a wink of sleep at night. - Breakfast is served in the bar directly in front of the hotel. The quality of the food was not convincing, and the ambiance (at least inside) seemed rather dirty. In our opinion, this is not appropriate for a "luxury room" hotel. - The sauna in the room was useless, as it heated up slowly and switched off again at just under 60 degrees Celsius. It was also quite cramped – unfortunately, you couldn't even lie down alone. - The water doesn't drain properly in either the sink or the shower. It felt like there was a constant flood. The shower door wouldn't close properly, so water leaked out. A nice place to stay, but unfortunately, in our opinion, more style than substance."

"Search reviews M X 1/5 4 minutes ago on Google never stayed in a similar towel. Photos are completely INGREDIENT! We stayed in a loud, dirty, shower, which was compassionate, dirty and myrky in the bathroom.The pictures of that tug that she had been lying to us do not appear at all, nowhere. Fresh bars and cucumbers, we tried to drink a juice and was rough, the coffee could only be done in the room, but we could not see the device throwing only cold water, while putting the soda. I am sure that no one would sleep in that stupid thing, but unfortunately the smart owner, who did not even get himself to our arrival and did not answer the phone, was paid in advance, otherwise we would have gone away immediately. Parking is on the street and you need to be lucky. Far from the center. A experience to never repeat. Smuts everywhere, I don't know how to have good reviews, I think it's absurd. NOT WERE 👎👎👎 VERGOGNA!"

"Vi har bosatt i familjesuiten, vi var två vuxna och tre barn. Suiten är mycket rymlig, med vacker och funktionell möbler. Förvaltaren har varit mycket vänlig att låta oss komma in i förväg. Jag gillar också att hitta en flaska färskt vatten för var och en i minikylskåpet, gratis. Även utmärkt läge, bekvämt att parkera och 10 minuters promenad från amfiteatern. Rekommenderad."
