"We booked this accomodation hastily and should have done more research. Francesco was prompt with his replies during booking but after we checked in we didn't really need any more help. We were disapointed with our choice, here are a few observations: Good The stairway up to the apartment was clean and looked well managed. The bathroom albeit small had a nice shower. Bad The area is pretty rough. There is an abandoned factory opposite which looks like a prison. The pavement is terrible with large weeds, missing slabs. There is a huge dog a few doors down which barks all the time. When you walk past the gates he runs up and pounces at the gate. There's graffiti all over the walls down the road. The room is small, poorly decorated. The toilet takes around 30 mins to refill, constantly dripping. When someone has a shower above it sounds like a waterfall in the room, so loud. Improvements Remove the vending machine in the comunal area and replace with a small kitchen and a kettle. I hate giving bad reviews but if people had put honest reviews we would have booked somewhere else."

"Reasonable and convenient tour stop accommodations. Nice desk staff - polite and efficient. Continental breakfast was good with nice choice pastries, cold cuts, yogurt, egg, and a nice selection of fresh fruit. Cappuccino was very tasty and served table side. Hallways are dark and overly scented with room freshener. Room was a bit tired decor-wise but the bed was comfortable. I couldn’t really give more stars because the bathroom was kind of ick. It didn’t seem clean - especially the shower and there weren’t enough towels. It looks like it needs an update. Area around hotel is a bit downtrodden but it was a short walk to the city center."

"The B&B is located a few hundred meters from the train station and a short walk from the bus stops that replace the trains. The city center is just a short walk away. The friendly and welcoming staff allowed us to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom with a window and towels changed as needed. The breakfast was very good, featuring local specialties. I definitely recommend it."

"En sån tur hittades i hjärtat av Lecce.Dimi House är mycket smakfullt möblerad.Vi stannade i rum 2 som var ett fantastiskt stort rum med ett stort och underbart badrum.Dominico vår värd var super hjälpsam och mycket söt.Hela huset luktar Devine. Frukost var kontinental, läckra och riklig.Frukostområdet var mycket smakfullt dekorerat och det finns bord på terrassen för al fresco middag.Tveka inte att boka detta fantastiska BnB."

"Kommunikationen med Nicolo var bra från början till slut.Han är en trevlig, mycket bekväm kille som är där för att besvara alla frågor du kan ha.Platsen är bra.Att säga att rummet var glänsande ren är ett underbetyg. Vi hade det trefaldiga rumet med en enkel och en drottningssäng var båda mycket bekväma.Duschen är extremt rymlig, vattentrycket är utmärkt.Platsen är perfekt. Rätt i centrum, nära allt, inklusive butiker och restauranger.Ändå var rummet mycket tyst på grund av de högkvalitativa shutter och fönster. Jag älskade verkligen min vistelse på Dimora San Biagio Suites & Apartments och kunde inte rekommendera det mer högt! "

"Utmärkt plats Självtjänstens självkontrollanläggning. Det finns ingen personal på tjänst utom tidigt på morgonen. Alessandra var en pärla.Han gav olika förslag om var det skulle vara, butiken osv. Rummet som stannade i var Hollander 5 Var tillräckligt stor med rent badrum och ett köksområde Utmärkt kaffe tillhandahölls liksom tre tebarn. Det har tagit kraftiga steg till första våningen för dem som kan ha problem."

"We stayed for a weekend and had a wonderful time! We stayed in the building across the street because I had booked a room with a patio, and it was a completely renovated and refurbished apartment. The room was super clean, with hot and cold air coming out of the air ducts in the suspended ceiling, and the bathroom was super modern, even featuring a sensory shower. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the super helpful Imma, a kind woman who had contacted me on WhatsApp the day before to provide me with all the necessary information. The option of checking in online in advance was great. The code to enter on the keypad to open the building's gate was also convenient, and the lack of plastic in the room was also great. The room prices were fair, and the location was fabulous, about 1 km, maximum 1.5 km from the center. I couldn't have asked for anything better, and I was completely satisfied with my experience at this property."
