"Rummet är vackrare än på bilderna, det är fem minuter från tågstationen. Problemet är att det inte fanns någon mottagare och även om jag varnade för att tåget var sen när det kom, så ringde jag och en mycket hård kvinna sa att jag inte hade några reservationer. Jag sa att jag hade gjort det för flera dagar sen, och när jag var upprörd, så hon sa att om tio minuter skulle någon öppna mig. När en herre kom, visade han mig rummet men han talade inte engelska. Jag frågade om jag kunde lämna min väska i reserv nästa dag för att gå och jag sa att jag skulle ta emot 10€, jag sa att det ingår i rummets val men eftersom jag inte talade engelska sa han att jag skulle ringa nummer när jag kom 🙄... han gick och när jag gick till sömnen. Jag trodde inte att det var bra med tjänst, men det var städat, men möblerna i rummet var fulla av damm."

"We had a lovely stay.The location is so beautiful,with lake view and mountain view, very peaceful and relaxing.The rooms were warm and clean.The perfect was that there was on site parking.Hosts were very welcoming and kind also gave us recommendations what to do and see in the area.Would definitely come back in Summer."

"Since my first visit in 2018, I always stay at Hotel Don Abbondio when I am working near Lecco. Staying here is akin to receiving an enormous hug! The hotel is family run and, as such, you will receive a welcome as though you are part of the family! Giuseppina greets you with a smile and will stop whatever she is doing, pop on a jacket and help you find a place to park. It is street parking but not more than a 2 minute walk. Luciano is an absolute gentleman and, if you ask, will perform a concert for you in the lobby. Luciano is an organist and an excellent one at that. The hotel is old style; expect a personal welcome as opposed to a generic check-in, expect classic functional rooms with everything you need and know that you will leave Hotel Don Abbondio with memories and stories to tell. Luciano and Giuseppina are charismatic, endearing and will do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are rooms with balconies, restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the lake is waiting for you outside the front door. Seriously, an absolute gem. If you visit Lecco, stay here."

"I went for an aperitif at this farmhouse with some friends. We ate two excellent platters of goat's cheeses produced by them and cured meats. The view is spectacular, with the whole mountain range. The owners very nice and friendly. 7 minutes from the center of Lecco, I recommend everyone to go there."

"Hade en trevlig vistelse på hotellet.Platsen är klok på den goda, raka sidan av Como-sjön och i stan.Många alternativ för mat och dryck.Dessutom, som den i stan, är butiker nära inom 2-3 minuters promenad. Frukost var bra.I allmänhet, en trevlig upplevelse."
