"The hotel has an excellent location, with a stunning view of Lake Como right from my room's balcony, where I could easily spend the entire afternoon. The only minor issue was during checkout. The front desk staff, perhaps due to inexperience, asked me to pay the full room amount even though I had already paid in full through Ctrip, with only a few euros for city tax remaining. After showing them my Ctrip booking, the issue was quickly resolved."

"It was a nice place to stay for a short visit in transit. If you’re looking for a clean place to stay, it’s good. Also very close to the station. I didn’t have breakfast or do anything else, so I can only provide info on the room. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear easily from the hallway, but all good. I like that the roof is high, makes the room feel spacious. Front desk staff were all super nice."
