"I was so comfortable at Hotel Berghof, even when it was pouring rain outside. I loved the attention to detail everywhere - my room with a view, meals (dinner I expected to be great, but breakfast was a culinary delight too), the cozy lounge and cocktails, and flexible and warm staff. They even cleaned my muddy boots. Highly recommend!"

For those who are there to ski there is a public shuttle bus in front of the hotel , if you want to reach the center you have to walk for 15 min . Thanks for the beautiful days I had with you all . The hotel consistently delivers an outstanding level of service, with a team that is genuinely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Its central location in Lech makes it incredibly convenient, and the hotel itself is both an institution and a landmark in its own right. The facilities are superb and rival; if not surpass; those of many premium international hotel brands. As a family-run establishment, they should be immensely proud of what they have created. This was our second stay at Hotel Arlberg, and it certainly won’t be our last. We very much look forward to returning."

"We would highly recommend staying at the Hotel Sandhof. Customer service was top tier, food quality was spectacular, and the rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. My husband, two children and I used it as a book end for a three night hut adventure; we stayed there the night before and two nights after. The staff was flexible with our arrival times and able to store our luggage while we hiked. We had a two room suite, which felt enormous for a European hotel. The bedding was cozy and the Wi-Fi strong. The food! Breakfasts were great, enough variety to please everyone (even my kids). We ate dinner there two nights as well. The portions were generous while maintaining a high level of deliciousness. They also have a kids pasta selection which was perfect. I won’t even get into the wine list, but I suggest taking the recommendation of the staff. They never steered us wrong. I’m sure there are other great hotels in Lech, but I would return here in a heartbeat."

Vårt rum var vackert, otroligt bekvämt och oskyldigt ren.Platsen är fantastisk för bergen och varje detalj i hela hotellet är uppenbarligen vårdslöst med stor stolthet.Maten förtjänar en särskild påpekande! Maten var helt underbar varje kväll och det fanns allt du kunde vilja på frukost varje dag. Efter en dag på stranden kom tillbaka till hotellet för hemmamaten soppa och kaka var så en behandling och något vi såg fram emot varje eftermiddag.Vad verkligen gör denna plats exceptionell, är dock människor. The staff are undoubtedly the most friendly we've ever met.A special scream to Fabi, Maria, Rebecca and Hani, who were all so kind, welcome and attentive during our stay. Spa är vacker och lugn, och vi älskade särskilt att koppla av i ångrummet efter en dag i bergen. Från det ögonblicket när vi anlände till vår tidiga avresa – komplett med en tankfull packad lunch för resan hem – allt hanterades med sådan omsorg.Vi kände verkligen att vi var en del av Hotel Haldenhof familjen. "Tack så mycket för en vacker vecka på Tannbergerhof och Lech i allmänhet.Vår familj var väl vårdnadsfri och hotellet var så väl placerat nära hissar och alla aminities i Lech för en avkopplande familjeskisemester. Den trevliga efterskiningen rundade upp en bra dag efter skidåkning och Dieter och hela laget fick oss att känna oss mycket välkomna och uppskattade.Bra mat och vin i restaurangerna och omsorgsfull och spännande personal med humor!Tack igen!"

"Fantastic hotel and wonderful hosts. We stayed for 1 week and had the best time. Claudia made us feel welcome, even before we arrived. Great communication and very accommodating - our late arrival didn't cause any issues. The rooms are big, nice bathrooms, the whole hotel is decorated in traditional and very tasteful style. "Guests come back to Sandhof year after year, and for good reason. This hotel has been run by proprietor Martin’s family since his grandparents started renting out rooms in the 1930s. Guests are treated warmly by Martin and his kind staff. We did the half board and were very happy that we did so. The food was delicious. More impressively to me as a wine lover, this small hotel has a massive wine selection. Martin lays down reds for years. We let him recommend a bottle every night, and the bottles varied between 2012 and 2003 … all for reasonable prices. Our family of 4 chose one of the apartments, and it we had enough room for us not to be on top of each other. Board games by the fire prior to dinner became our nightly routine. Last but not least, Sandhof is close to a Intersport for ski rental, the cable car up to Oberlech, and this little place locals seem to frequent for awesome pork belly sandwiches. Long story short, we’ve already booked our stay for next March and plan to be one of those families that returns year after year."

"I would highly recommend Hotel Sonnenburg and a visit to Lech in the summer if you are looking for a break in a stunning picturesque setting, want to do lots of walking / hiking, cycling or swim in a forest pool.
