"Top of Europe! If this slogan was not already taken, it would suit the Lenkerhof perfectly. Having been customers for 7 years, we still manage to be surprised by the quality of the welcome and the attention given throughout our stay. Champagne and tasting offered to mark a birthday. Thanks to Milan (and Jimmy) for the time spent and the good wine advice (magnificent Goru). The whole team is at the top, the equipment and the spa make us forget everyday life, in short, the perfect place to recharge our batteries. We will come back for the summer for sure! THANKS !"

"Rooms simple, but everything available; cleaning at the beginning perfect, then declining; staff very friendly and hearty; breakfast buffet rich; very good quality; everything fresh; very good bread; only negative point; dust suction during breakfast. With the guest card of the hotel, all wire trails are free of charge. Rooms with balcony; view of the mountains and the ice-shoe! Restaurant Chufferchessi (separately conducted): Special, creative variations of mixed salads. Meat always onto the point brat, well tasted. "We had room 205 with balcony. Despite being quite big, Hotel Kreuz manages to be cosy. Our room was fairly simple but it was fine and it worked. Not too many frills in the room but we still felt good in it. Very friendly check-in staff. We wanted lunch in the small and cosy restaurant facing the road and although the kitchen was actually closed in preparation for dinner later, when we said we were just looking for a bowl of tomato soup they let us in and served us nice soup and bread. All in all, a very positive experience."

"At first glance, from the outside the hotel seems a little "old" but once through the door, you find yourself in a very warm place. The staff at the reception are nothing but smiles. You are welcomed! The rooms (mountain view) are large and all with a balcony. Access to the SPA / indoor/outdoor swimming pools. is done in a bathrobe. There are numerous saunas and relaxation areas. It’s very pleasant before or after a great day of skiing. Access to the cabins is right in front of the hotel. Access to the slopes which reach Adelboden, 5 minutes by car. This hotel is a haven of peace. The staff is incredibly kind and cheerful. As for the kitchen, what can I say? it’s simply delicious. The Spettacolo restaurant offers “gastro” dishes but in a casual mode! you have the choice to take the number of dishes that suits you. The portions are perfect. The menu changes every day. They cook the fish to perfection. They have the most beautiful cheese buffet we have seen with at least 40 kinds. It is magic. In the morning the breakfast buffet is perfect - Swiss German! with lots of choice. Very good and beautiful energies emerge from this place. We loved everything and we will come back."

"Beautiful located on the mountain side, with beautiful view of the valley, on a walk away from the center of Lenk. We had a very wide family room with 2 bedrooms, living and wide terrace with beautiful view! Very friendly guest. Extended breakfast buffet, including smoked salmon and various delicious cheese, very extensive range of tea, delicious coffee machine, ... Also it 4-gangenmenu is always delicious and sufficient! If you don't want anything, you can adjust. Fine terrace to eat outside. At the terrace walking nice goats around, happy they're calm in the evening so their bells stop swinging... Good beds. The windows are very sound-isolered. For the lovers located just near the municipal pool, also on walking distance from both available cableways, to use free with Simmentalpass, also to use local bus free! For us, 3 stars are worth!"

"Vi var i skolans klass (30 personer) att besöka. Mountain Lodge ligger optimalt fem minuters promenad från Lenk järnvägsstation. Lodges omlopp inbjuder till spel. Tabeltennis, volleyboll och mycket mer. Inrättningen inkl. Köket (för självförsörjning) är användbart och tillräckligt. Vi har fått hjälp av personal och företagsledning inom möjliga ramar. Vare sig det gäller underhållningssystem som Beamer, TV och mycket mer. Tack för det och jag vill gärna säga en gång till."

"We stayed at this wonderful hotel for two nights over new year 23/24 in room number 211. Michael and his team were utterly magnificent. All members of staff worked tirelessly during our stay to make all residents feel exceptionally special. Our room was of a good size with balcony to the side of the building with a Nespresso coffee maker, bathroom with bath and shower and plenty of storage space. Breakfast was a full selection of hot and cold food including cut fruit, bread, cheeses, ham, smoked salmon and juices. On New Year’s Eve the fabulous bar with piano had been decorated for the memorable six course gala dinner and party afterwards. The talented pianist then turned DJ and spun discs until the early hours. Prior to dinner all guests were treated to a no expense spared Moët and Chandon champagne reception. Underneath the hotel is a splendid wellness spa with sauna, steam room, tanning room, showers and a beautiful indoor outdoor swimming pool which leads out into the gardens where there is an integral whirlpool. Even in sub zero conditions swimming outside was warm and invigorating. On the morning of our departure, the young man who had looked after us the night before was again there to take care of us. This young man made it to bed at 4am and was up again at 6am to continue working. That is true dedication ! In conclusion, Michael, the general manager his wife and their team made our stay one of the most memorable for my wife and I and our Swiss friends of thirty five years. We will certainly be back to enjoy unparalleled hospitality again soon."
