The breakfast buffet was a wonderful way to start each day, especially while dining in the open-air seating area with a beautiful view of the lush courtyard. Housekeeping was attentive, and the entire hotel staff was exceptionally welcoming. The collection of artifacts and artwork throughout the hotel added a unique and captivating touch to the overall experience."

"Jag njöt verkligen av min vistelse på Hotel Austria. Personalen är mycket vänlig, allt är mycket rent, den inkluderade frukostnaden var läckra och riklig, dusch fungerar bra och har varmt/kylt vatten, wifi fungerar bra, och det finns ett bekvämt utomhusrum med bekväm hammack att slappna av. Det är också i perfekt läge - bara en block från centralparken och katedralen.Det är mycket fredligt och tyst.Rekommendera definitivt!"

"I loved my stay at Al Sole. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The entire property was spotless clean. Rooms are very comfortable, pool area is lovely and relaxing, great facilities and a beautiful garden with hammocks. Amazing value for money. Very easy to explore Leon from here and they offer bikes too! This place was paradise! Wish I could have stayed there much longer than a week ❤"

"Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was friendly and hotel is in excellent location. I had to move rooms after one night due to a broken toilet making a lot of noise. Original room was really worn and had a run down feel. Second room was a bit better. Both rooms had hot water and ok water pressure. Beds were comfortable, but pillows somewhat lumpy. WiFi was not strong enough for FaceTime or streaming and cell service not great in rooms due to thick walls. There is a fridge in room, but not plugged in and plug can’t reach outlets. No outlets next to bed. Two bottles of water provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion provided. Breakfast was ok. Rice and beans, scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and fruit/yogurt. On third morning I heard them offer someone an omelet, but that was never offered to me. Overall, it was an ok stay."

"Hotel Austria var så en toppklassig vistelse.Platsen är verkligen topp för plats.Det är steg bort från Main Plaza i Leon och ganska mycket av det du behöver gå till. Kylskåp var inte automatiskt i rummen, men du kan hyra en kylskåp till ett mycket rimligt pris.Min var under $5USD för hela tiden jag var där. The courtyard and the rooms have a nice secluded oasis feel given that it's so close to the city center and it was pleasant to come back to after all the tours, nightlife, or exploration.Breakfast ingår gjordes för beställning. Det fanns alternativ som traditionella Amerika, pannkakor och några andra saker, men jag gick med #4 Nicaraguan för det är där vi är och det var fantastiskt varje gång.Det kom med kaffe (om två koppar värda) och apelsinjuice. "Upon check in there was confusion with our multiple reservations. We had a group of 9. We did not find the front desk agent that greeted us to be friendly. And then we were told that none of the rooms had hot water, which was not specified when we booked online via booking. In addition, the room that we stayed in # 11, had something living in the ceiling (we think it was a bat), plus there was plastic and cardboard taped to the ceiling. Another thing to point out is that the AC mini split unit in that room is not adequate for the size of the room and the fact that it has vaulted ceilings. So during the day it is hot and does not cool down much until night time. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors and it’s hard to sleep because the next-door neighbors have multiple dogs barking all night. This is a very basic hotel, but I guess people expect less since you’re paying less, however maintenance should be the most basic thing in any hotel. The descriptions of the rooms should also be more clear. (For example, we had booked multiple rooms thinking they all had AC. But not all of the rooms in the hotel have AC and it was not mentioned that some rooms did not have AC so we had to switch at time of check-in.). This hotel could be nice, but it needs much better attention to detail."
