"Heliotropa studior ligger i hjärtat av Mitilini.Du har allt du behöver vid armar.Maria är så underbar och hjälpsam!Jag blev förvånad över hur mycket hon gjorde för att hjälpa alla sina gäster att njuta av sitt vistelse till fullo. Rummen är mycket rena, bekväma och saknar inget.Det finns också en liten trädgård på baksidan där du kan njuta av din tidiga morgonkaffe i fred innan du tar de blåsande gatorna i centrum.Ett ställe att inte missa ... Vi kommer tillbaka ...❤️"

"Vi checkade in en natt och såg att de renoverade platsen.Det finns arbetare överallt och vi frågade om vårt rum och buller.De byggde ett nytt soltak under vår balkong. Ägaren sa bara idag att de arbetade och vi skulle ha lite obehag när det gäller buller.Vi har blivit utmattade av vår resa och ville slappna av, men vi kunde inte på grund av buller. Nästa dag började de arbeta igen vid åtta AM med alla kraftverk och hammar du kanske hittade på ön.Dessutom är poolen tom och vi kan inte använda den.Det säger att det finns en strand nära, men du kan inte ligga ner. Duschen i rummet är så gammal och liten.l.Du kan inte ens hänga duschhuvudet till väggen, du måste hålla det hela tiden.Det finns ingen duschhytt, bara en dusch gardin, vilket resulterade i badrummet överflödigt med vatten. Vi bokade detta hotell akut, för vårt tidigare hotell var hemskt.Vi kom hit för en avkopplande semester och vi är så ledsna att vi har upplevt detta. Om vi visste att de renoverade hotellet och poolen var tom skulle vi aldrig ha bokat detta hotell och vi skulle ha valt ett annat hotell. Det är inte meningen att det händer, nästa de ägaren inte kan hittas någonstans och kommer inte att hämta telefonen.Det finns inte ens en reception i lägenheterna och han sa till oss dagen innan bara lämna nyckeln i rummet för att kolla ut. Ägaren vägrar att ge oss en ersättning för den natt vi stannade på hotellet."

"I traveled to the hotel at the end of June and so far this was our most terrible experience in Greece and we travel here for 20 years. The hotel on outside looks very nice on great location by the sea and that is all the great stuff that you will get here. We know it is cheap, but at least some basic needs, like cleanliness and kindness would be nice. The location: approx. 1,5h from the airport, by the sea and close to nice bars and shops. The beach: approx. 400m walking distance, pebble beach with some bars and free umbrellas if you drink something there. There were some waves and with that some seagrass and stuff in the water. Also it was quite cold for this time of year (aprox.22 degrees). The pool: very small, but enough to cool down. It doesn't have a kids pool, just 1m with lower water (no jacuzzi and waterfall). The water wasn't so clean, but I can't imagine what will be at the end of summer. The surroundings was wooden deck with some old, but comfy sun loungers, the shower with poor water, also one of the wooden deck break down on the floor. The room: very old dated, the beds were creaking, enough cupboards, quite fridge, but loud air conditioning (in daughters room remote control didn't work and the stuff with no English, didn't fix it), the bathroom very small, no curtains or anything for the shower, with broken and dirty sink. Also bedding and towels was full of old stains. The balcony was very small, not enough for 2 people to seat, our daughters have no balcony. The breakfast: very poor choices with bread, scrambled eggs, salami (we brought our own), cheese, tomatoes and some times feta, jam and butter, juice (if it runs out, than tomorrow), sometimes greek yogurt, but no honey. Don't drink water, since it is dirty. Also glasses, plates and cutlery were dirty all the time. Also the stuff could look a bit more neatly dressed with at least a few English words. They don't understand nothing and just talk Greek. So a hotel with a lot of potential, but unfortunately a lack of neatness. Some good handyman and a little bit of renovation and would be nice."
